I had a very pleasant experience at this office. The staff and Dr. Chang were kind, professional, and very informative throughout my visit. After not having a great experience at Bliss Dental, the difference in care was truly noticeable. I’m very happy I made the switch.

Not a pleasant experience. My son went in for a cleaning, the dentist said his teeth were healthy and very well taken care of. When the dentist came in to clean his teeth after they were already clean by the hygienist they cut his gums. He was bleeding really bad. When I asked why he was bleeding so bad they said oh he needs to floss more. When it finally stopped bleeding there was a good size cut on his gums. I will definitely not be bringing him back here.

Only reason why I didn't give 5stars is because they don't take my insurance and had to pay myself. That being said, they were all very nice and friendly people. Had to have my crown glued back on,6 hours from my home dentist and on Thanksgiving weekend, they did great job,made it as painless as possible. Would recommend for sure.

Being the first visit, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The dentist was very kind as well, and explained everything in great detail to help me understand all that was going on. I can now understand why they call it Familia Dental because I felt safe and at home, like part of the family and would highly recommend Familia Dental to everyone.

I called at 9am on 11/22/2025 for my sons swollen jaw to see if there was anything we can do for him and they had us in same day at 11am. Dr. Jang and his staff were extremely helpful and very understanding about his autism. The lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name) was very helpful and explained things very thoroughly for us. Dr. Jang was also the only dr there and we were only there for about an hour so it wasn’t bad at all. Thank you so much to Dr. Jang and his staff we appreciate yall so very much. -The Borgne Family ❤️
