My experience with Dr. Vester and his staff has been excellent. Never a long wait in the very comfortable waiting room, plenty of easy parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Vester is very friendly and took the time to explain everything while respecting my personal preferences. I had a tooth capped by them and they invited me to watch the cap being made by a state of the art machine while I was waiting. They also worked me into their schedule twice when my teeth needed attention. Five stars!

This office is strange, and the surroundings are a little sketchy. The waiting room is secluded with no front desk. There seemed to be only two nurses working there. Dr. Vester didn't even look in my mouth, but, only took a look at the exrays and overprescribed high doses of drugs for me to get from the pharmacy which was not going to do me any good. I do not recommend this place to anyone needing a dentist go somewhere else for your dental needs.

From the moment I walked in until the time I left, the entire team, led by Dr. Vester, provided exceptional care and created a welcoming environment that put me at ease. Dr. Vester is a highly skilled dentist who clearly possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. His gentle and compassionate approach made me feel confident that I was in the best hands possible. Jamie, the hygienist, deserves special recognition for her outstanding work. She was not only incredibly friendly and professional but also meticulously thorough in her cleaning. Jamie's attention to detail and her passion for her work was evident. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to Taylor, dental assistant, for her invaluable assistance during my visit. She was attentive, accommodating, and always ready to lend a hand. Taylor's warm demeanor and infectious positivity helped create a relaxed atmosphere, minimizing any anxiety I had about my dental appointment. The entire team at Family Dental Care exemplifies professionalism and genuine care for their patients. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making each visit a pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff members are not only highly skilled but also possess exceptional interpersonal skills, making them approachable and easy to communicate with. Overall, I highly recommend Family Dental Care to anyone seeking top-notch dental services. Dr. Vester, Jamie, and Taylor and the rest of their incredible team go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction. Dr. Vester is absolutely amazing. Starting from his staff from moment you walk in the door to when you walked out the door. Always friendly staff that u can laugh with and make a very dreadful dentist visit to a good experience. But most importantly the work itself that Dr. Vester does is 2nd to none. Always caring and making sure your comfortable, treating you like a friend more than just a patient. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you for brightening my smile once again

Highly recommend Dr.Vester to EVERYONE in Mountain Home! His work is impeccable and has arguably the best staff of any dental office! Did I forget to mention how nice everyone is as well, its really nice when everyone remembers your name. They are willing to work you in the schedule at the last moment if needed. I've had them work through their lunch breaks to accommodate my schedule. Just can't say enough good things about these great people!! Give em a try and see!
