Scammers — BEWARE! Be prepared to be recommended for pricey and unnecessary procedures.
First, this was the dirtiest medical office I have ever stepped foot in. There was a puddle of rust-colored water under the chair I sat in, and several tools were visibly dirty, including ones used in my mouth during the X-ray.
I went in for simple tooth sensitivity to cold water. After taking X-rays and blowing air on my tooth (which I stated did not cause any pain or sensitivity), the dentist, Dr Izadi, immediately told me I needed a root canal or I would “wake up with an abscess in excruciating pain.” He pointed to squiggly lines on the X-ray claiming it was an infection. He was extremely pushy, insisting I needed the root canal ASAP the following Monday morning, clearly trying to scare me before I could get a second opinion.
I asked for my X-rays so I could get a second opinion elsewhere, and that’s when things got even more suspicious. When I requested my X-rays later that day, I was told their server was down. When I finally picked them up the following morning, they only gave me X-rays of my molars, even though the tooth in question was a front tooth. When I called back for ALL of my X-rays, I was told they “couldn’t find them” and they must have been deleted. They offered me to retake them Monday morning before my root canal (that I had already told them I wanted to cancel).
I then went to a different dentist for that second opinion. New X-rays were taken, and I was told there was no infection and absolutely no need for a root canal or crown. It is clear Dr. Izadi was trying to sell me unnecessary dental work and used fear tactics to pressure me into scheduling it urgently.
And honestly, even if I had needed a root canal, there is no way I would ever have had it done in such a filthy, unsanitary office.
To make things worse, when I originally had asked for pricing, the front desk woman scoffed at me and acted annoyed that I questioned the unusually high copay.
I strongly advise avoiding this office. Between the dirty conditions, missing X-rays, pressure tactics, and attempts to push completely unnecessary procedures, this place is a massive red flag. The only positive was the kind dental assistant- everything else was unacceptable.

When a person who answers the phone at the dentist office makes decisions regarding medical care that is gross negligence. Does the dentist realize Alex, his employee is on the phone representing his office refusing to book patients with oral health emergencies because she feels like having an attitude and speaking in an ignorant manner? Medical staff is part and parcel a reflection of the quality of care at Family Dental Care. Alex was the worst and least professional representation of proper medical/dental care. She made that office look like trash. I will never go back there. The medical administrator is the one person that has close contact with patients. Set a higher criteria for management competency. Strong clinical skills with regard to the dentist are present. What a shame. I bet you the dentist is not even aware of her mistreatment.

Dr. Izadi is by far the best dentist I've had. He's genuine, caring, and loves to fill you in on the details of what he's going to do, why he's going to do it and what my options are. I love that transparency and its why I keep coming back here. The rest of the staff is equally welcoming and a sheer joy to be around.

They are very professionals, the Dentists explain every detail and work that you needed, the assistants are very gentle and cheerful. I finally found the right Dentist for my family and me.
