It’s was my first visit to Family Dentistry. I had a positive experience throughout. From Jennifer at the front desk who was very helpful in getting my insurance into their system and getting me scheduled, to an expert and thorough cleaning with Gheraldyne, to Dr Richards who did not try to upsell me (as many dentists have). He found some concerns that he said we’ll keep an eye on. I appreciated that. I highly recommend this practice!

Excellent service. Julianne was friendly, knowledgeable, quite attentive to what I had asked. Explained what she saw on the xrays. Carolyn was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about our insurance. Dr. Medina was friendly and thorough with reading the x-ray and checking my teeth. Five star recommendation!

This is a top notch practice. From calling to schedule an appointment right to completion of the first appointment I was very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff. They are very thorough with the exam, compassionate with the treatment, and concerned about your oral health. I definitely recommend this practice! I am delighted I found this practice!

2/11. Had an appointment for x-rays and cleaning. Was asked to sign a contract agreeing to a blood pressure check each visit. I asked why and was told in case I need anesthesia. I said i’m getting x-rays and cleaning today and no I do not agree to blood pressure check. The practice refused to provide x-ray and cleaning service. This should be discussed at time of making appointment rather than when client shows up for scheduled appointment and the client should be able to opt out and sign a release of liability waiver.

Myself and my husband go to family dentistry. Barbara always cleans our teeth. She treats us like family. She is always thorough and explains everything to us. If we have to wait to get an appointment with her we will. The dentists that are there are thorough also. My husband has had two implants. I have had a crown and fillings. I highly recommend family dentistry. Cynthia Walker
