Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience with Dr. Farmer and her staff. They all were friendly and very helpful to get me ready for my appointment. Dr. Farmer was educational and patient with all the questions and concerns I had. Look forward to more visits with them.

Dr. Farmer and her staff are so helpful and caring. I feel very welcomed and well taken care of at this dentist. Their fees are fair and helpful of any dental work I need done, plus quoted ahead of the procedures. Thank Farmer Family Dentistry.

I enjoyed my cleaning an check up; I switched over to Dr. Farmer because my previous dentist sold out his practice and I wasn't really thrilled by the people who took over from him. Laura, the hygienist, used a different method of cleaning/scaling my teeth that got them cleaner. I would recommend this practice!

I’ve never encountered an office this dismissive of basic accountability. After my routine cleaning, I received a statement and promptly paid by check. A month after mailing in payment, I called to confirm it had been received because it had not cleared my account. I was told it had been received and credited to my account. The following day, I was notified that the check had actually been lost and that I would need to submit payment again. When I reasonably requested a credit to cover the stop-payment fee charged by my bank for the original check, I was told by Becca that she would need to consult with Dr. Farmer and get back to me. Then… nothing. I had to call back a couple of times, each time being told by Becca that they needed to ask Dr. Farmer. Only after a third follow up call (and speaking with Colleen instead of Becca) did I finally receive a response: no credit would be offered, and I should take it up with my bank. When I asked to speak directly with Dr. Farmer, I was told the best way to reach her was via email. I sent an email, and over two weeks later it remains unanswered. They’ve ignored my attempts at communication entirely, yet still managed to find the time to send a statement demanding payment. I have been a patient for 10 years, and I was the one who brought this oversight to their attention in an act of good faith. Losing a patient’s payment is one thing. Failing to communicate, ignoring direct outreach, and ultimately refusing to take responsibility for an error is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I suggest prospective patients proceed with caution.

Hey, Dr. Farmer is top notch, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and cute as a bug’s ear (I can say that cause I’m twice her age). Seriously, she is a great dentist for family members of all ages.
