Normally I try to find the pleasant things in anything but not with this specific office. I would not recommend them to anyone who has Medicaid insurance or specific insurances and their workers are extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Now let me explain why. They charge 20 dollars for fluoride. When you go expecting to actually have a cleaning they simply take X-rays and then charge your insurance only to let you know 250 has to come out of pocket if you have Medicaid and NO that isn’t for the cleaning by the way.Its for another set of X-rays and even then they will tell you well we can’t vouch if your insurance will pay it or not.So if they don’t a deep cleaning is 650 dollars. Mind you taking a second set of X-rays when you already took the first set is absolutely insane. On top of their workers barely wanting to interact or wanting to roll their eyes when they HAVE to do their jobs is wild work.I would firmly suggest to go somewhere else.It is giving scam behavior and unprofessional.

Writing this has me on tears. After a difficult childhood and losing my father young, I struggled with bulimia as a way to find control. Over the years, this disorder destroyed my teeth. I began to hate my reflection and stopped looking in the mirror for over six years. Because I am a diabetic and have survived open-heart surgery and a stroke, the infections in my teeth were incredibly dangerous for my health.
I prayed for a dentist who would care more about my health than my ability to pay. My journey at this office started with some confusion with a different doctor, but then Dr. Farrey stepped in. She is a beautiful soul who leads with genuine care. Since I couldn't afford implants, she worked with me to get dentures. At 36, it was a big adjustment—it even bruised my ego a bit to have "teeth in a case" at night—but Dr. Farrey was amazing throughout the entire process.
The entire team, from the front desk to the back office, was professional and kind. Dr. Farrey personally ensured I was 100% satisfied with the results. Today, after starting this process with them in September, I finally looked in the mirror and recognized myself again. Even with an hour-long drive each way, it was worth it! Dr. Farrey and the team at Farrey Implant & Cosmetic Family Dentistry didn't just give me an early birthday present in my dentures; they gave me my smile & life back!💙

NO stars would be appropriate!!! Aside from the dentist office being the epitome of rude, crass, and alley—they do horrible dental work. First of all, they don’t let parents accompany their children when providing services (1st Red Flag). My daughter was referred to Dr. Farrey after she chipped her tooth playing flag football. Although she had a primary dentist, I was told that Dr. Farrey was pretty good at fillings and could get her in the same week. Upon her 1st visit, they cleaned her teeth and made her a 6 month appointment for another cleaning. This was not what she came for. My daughter asked if they were going to fix her tooth and the Dental Assistant said that was a “quick fix” but did not fix the tooth. Instead, I had to call back to schedule another appointment for her tooth to be fixed which was the reason for her initial visit. My daughter’s tooth was fixed on November 3, 2025. It fell out on November 8, 2025. When she went back on November 12, 2025, (after the office canceled the appointment for November 10, 2025), they charged a little under $300 for corrective services. This should have been free because her tooth fell out in less than a week which means the procedure was done poorly! When I asked the Office Manager, who I would say is too professional to work there but may have adapted some dishonest traits from the horrible staff, why was there a charge? She said my daughter told the dentist that her tooth fell out due to her playing flag football. Yes, that happened the first time Farrey fixed her tooth. The second time, she was at home about to eat some bread when the filling just fell out. When I reached out to the insurance, the office had filed a claim under an entirely different dentist. A male dentist who did not exist in that office or was NOT someone my daughter met nor performed any dental procedure on her. Please save yourself the time, energy, and money and do not go here. This office should be listed under back-alley dentist offices. They are rude, unprofessional, and do shabby dental work.

I brought my nephew in for a chipped tooth and a cavity, as he is a child I asked to accompany him to be aware of all they say and do but the lady who came and got him from reception said I couldn’t go back with him he would be fine . She was rude. Not okay! Do not recommend so far. He is in the back now will update later review.
