Dr. B was kind, you can tell that he is gentle with his patients. This was my 1st time coming to his office, he made me feel un-nervous, because I was. I didn't know him, he doesn't know me but we warmed up to each other and he calmed me a bit. Not everyone is fond of dentists but when they are warm and gentle, it takes the scare out of being there.
