This was my first ever surgery and I was understandably nervous, but the oral surgeon and the entire staff were absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable and reassured me every step of the way before the procedure.
As a bonus, they gave me strawberry gelato after my extraction, a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better! 😋

I had pain on my wisdom teeth coming in sideways and a pretty complex case. Dr. Solomon and the staff did a great job at making me feel as comfortable as possible removing my wisdom teeth. Every time I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and kindness from everyone. The recovery process was quick and the instructions were very detailed after the surgery for how to recover. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Poyourow office! The entire team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctor took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of my questions. The procedure went smoothly, and the results exceeded my expectations. The office is clean, organized, and truly cares about patient comfort and quality care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental implants or specialized dental treatment!

This place was seriously the dream! Dr. Schneider and his team are all so friendly and communicative, the office space had cute decorations, and I got free ice cream. I had four impacted wisdom teeth removed and was surprised how easy the recovery was, I was back to work two days after. Also, whatever numbing liquid they used while placing my IV was great because I barely felt the needle. I'd been dreading getting my wisdom teeth out for so long but it was a great experience!

Fashion Island Oral Surgery is hands-down, the best place for wisdom teeth extraction! Both of my teenage sons have been to Dr. P and it has been a seamless and easy experience both times. The office staff is extremely efficient and organized, and the medical assistants/nurses are so kind and thorough. Their mouths healed up quickly! I recommend this office to friends and family all the time!

Meet the Doctors

He served as chief resident of oral and maxillofacial surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, a high volume trauma center. He serves on the faculty of the UCLA Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, regularly lectures residents and dental students at the UCLA School of Dentistry, and has special interests in corrective jaw surgery, 3D treatment planning for facial reconstruction, dental implants, and outpatient general anesthesia.
