Went there recently for the first time, absolutely amazing! They were so very kind and patient with me and my child, and made my child feel right at home. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful, both on the phone and in-person. I have never met such an amazing dental office. I highly, highly recommend them. Would definitely give more stars if I could.

I arrived on time for my appointment. What I didn’t know, was that I needed to confirm before coming….. I didn’t know the appointment was canceled. I was upset about it at first. The staff very kindly offered to explain this the the office manager and I was able to be seen, I appreciate the calm cooperation care of all of the staff. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a gentle yet thorough job the atmosphere is beautiful and the facility is amazing. I give it a 10/10 all around. Oh yes and the dentist was also fabulous! Make sure you confirm your appointment and the that have your correct phone number. 🫤Hust sayin 😉

I came in yesterday and 100 stars. They are amazing! Each and every one of them just amazing! No judgement zone and made me feel confident in my smile and my smile that we are working on together :)

We are new to the area and found FFD. My husband and I had a GREAT experience with them. The atmosphere was chill. The staff was welcoming and very professional. This was just the front staff. When we got the back, more awesomeness. My Hygienist Brittany was very professional. I told her I was apprehensive, she was very gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Then I saw the Dentist. She was so kind. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable in this environment and knew my husband and I found the right place. By the way, my husband had a great experience as well. We highly recommend you giving this office a try. Good Luck.

Wisdom teeth removal recovery gone wrong. I did call the office, however they were closed and offer a email for after hr needs and referred you to 911 in cases of emergency. I left 2 voicemails of what I was experiencing. First thing Monday morning, I received a call from who I assume was the nurse who is checking on me and attempting to get me scheduled in that moment. I explained my recovery process, inform her that my mom, grandmother, aunt and sister had wisdom teeth removals done and were automatically prescribed an antibiotic by their doctors(different doctor per person). I asked her to let the doctor know when doing such a vigorous procedure/surgery that antibiotics should be given, she said she would and then stated every patient is different. I explained that it is gotten better since starting antibiotics. Prescribed by a Dentist. My experience could have been worse if I didn’t have people around me advocating for my health because I didn’t know the warning signs but If an antibiotic would have been given my removal would have been a good experience. Customer service:4/5 Cleanliness:5/5 Friendliness:4/5 Knowledgeable:1/5 Overall Experience is 1 because I didn’t have what I needed after surgery and the Dentist I trusted my care to didn’t prescribe Antibiotics after my surgical procedure that was done in office. Although one of the first questions I wasn’t asked while getting emergency dental services was I given antibiotic prescription after the procedure. Improvements: Prescribed antibiotics when removing an adult impacted wisdom tooth. Maybe refer out for adult full grown wisdom tooth. An emergency line for patients who receive a procedure in office to reach nurse or doctor. Someone monitoring office voicemail on the weekend. Emergency office hours on weekends. If you are seeking convenience of an immediate wisdom tooth removal due to pain, I recommend this off, just ask for an antibiotic post surgery to be safe. If you are seeking a quality cleaning, me and my child were highly satisfied with previous preventative care. I attached full story of my experience in images, it was too long to place.
