I had a fantastic experience! The staff is so warm and welcoming. The clinic is spotless and modern. The dentist was very gentle and explained everything perfectly. I felt no pain, and my cleaning was a breeze. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the Davie area!

I had an AMAZING experience at this office! The doctors and staff were very welcoming and helpful. I came in for a cleaning and was informed that I actually had a cavity on one of my teeth. They were able to accommodate me to have it filled the same day. Overall I am beyond happy with the service provided and will definitely be back!

I am reviewing the customer-service and billing aspects of my visit at the West Palm Beach location. Because both locations operate under the same practice and ownership, I believe prospective patients at either location should be aware of my experience. I purchased a Groupon that included X-rays, an examination, and a regular cleaning. The office required me to redeem it immediately upon arrival, before the included services were completed. My appointment then began nearly an hour late. Even after it started, the dentist and staff were handling other patients and unrelated matters simultaneously, so there was little sense of individualized care. The office completed the X-rays and examination and recommended several thousand dollars in additional treatment. The dentist then refused to provide the regular cleaning included in the Groupon. I requested it approximately four times and explained that I was only asking to receive the service I had already purchased. The office still refused, did not identify any Groupon term permitting it to withhold the cleaning, and did not refund the unused portion. The environment was chaotic and uncomfortable. Multiple patients were treated in a small shared room with three dental chairs and very little privacy. Staff conversations were constant, personal phones repeatedly rang, and staff used their phones and took selfies during my prolonged visit. The noise and disorder contributed to a severe headache, and I left with a migraine. The room often felt more like a staff break room than a healthcare setting. One younger staff member was exceptionally kind and stood out as a notable exception. Overall, however, the visit was delayed, disorganized, and poorly handled. As an English-only speaker, I also had substantial difficulty understanding some of the information communicated to me, including by the dentist, while being asked to consider thousands of dollars in additional treatment. The explanations for refusing the cleaning were given while the dentist was attending to other matters, rather than through the focused discussion one expects from a healthcare provider. The experience felt like an attempt to upsell me and pressure me into an immediate decision. Maybe the Davie office operates differently. I do not know. But given the shared ownership and leadership, prospective patients should be aware of how the West Palm Beach location was run during my visit. Edit in response to the owner: The response below does not address most of my concerns. I expressly stated that my visit occurred at the West Palm Beach location. My concern is that both locations operate under the same practice and ownership. The office may contend that a routine cleaning was not clinically appropriate. That does not explain why I was required to redeem the Groupon before the included services were completed, why that limitation was not clearly disclosed before redemption, or why I was not offered a refund for the cleaning the office refused to provide. The response also does not address the nearly hour-long delay, limited privacy, personal-phone use, staff taking selfies, constant noise, or the fact that the dentist and staff were handling multiple patients and other matters while explaining my proposed treatment. My communication concern was not that the staff was multilingual. It was that I had substantial difficulty understanding the information communicated to me in English while being asked to consider thousands of dollars in additional treatment. The facts remain straightforward: I purchased a package that included a routine cleaning, the office redeemed it before completing the services, refused to provide the cleaning, and did not refund the unused portion. Based on the overall experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

Have had a great experience w FG dental so far Had one deep cleaning & they squeezed me in for an urgent appt & filled 2 cavities that were giving me pain. Communicative & very gentle during procedure

I wanted to leave a review because I’m genuinely really happy I found this dental office. I used to live in Delray Beach and, after moving to the area, I was looking for a local dentist. I had previously gone to a big corporate clinic, and while it looked good on the outside, it felt very impersonal with dentists constantly changing. I found this clinic through the reviews, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, it felt local, welcoming, and consistent. It’s always the same people, they actually know you, and that makes a huge difference. I go every four weeks for cleanings, and Claudia always does them. She’s amazing. She’s incredibly attentive, takes her time, and has given me great advice over the years. She taught me the right way to floss even though I thought I already knew and recommended a toothbrush that completely changed my routine. The doctor is also excellent, professional, kind, and very thorough. Overall, I’m really glad I found this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares and builds real relationships with their patients. If you need a shorter version later, we can easily trim this without losing the heart of it.
