When I called First Care Dental, I left a voicemail & they actually called me back. Scheduling appointments has been so easy. Myra is amazing. She鈥檚 polite, professional, helpful & friendly.
When I had my first treatment done, Jackie was my tech. She was also amazing. She made me feel comfortable & put on Seinfeld for me to watch 馃ぃ
Having something playing in the background is helpful & relaxing.
Dr. Ton was very friendly & welcoming. I love that this is an ongoing family practice. I had a filing & a crown started. I did not feel any pain when he gave me the numbing shoots!!! He also did a great job.
Scheduling my follow up appointments was easy as well.
I have already recommended them to friends.
Much better than the place in Reno, B*** Dental.

I went into First Care Dental on 4/18/26 which is a Saturday. I LOVE the fact that they're open on the weekends since I work Mon-Fri. This is the reason I chose to go to this office. The staff are very nice but there are a few things that bothered me a little bit. The guy that took my X rays was complimenting himself when he was taking the X rays. He would say things like, yeah I'm good at this. Also his lips were super chapped, almost bleeding and he's like 10 inches from my face. The doctor was very informative but one thing I noticed from the last dentist I went to, he only used the electric tool, he didn't go in afterwards with a manual scraping tool to get anything left over. Then the same guy that took my X rays was burping right next to my face. They had masks on but he would burp right next to my face. Then when that same guy did the polishing of my teeth, he didn't polish each tooth individually, he did it as if I was brushing my teeth. When I went to check out the lady at the front desk said that I had a $65 copay. I explained to her that I get 2 free teeth cleanings a year and X rays once a year. I see an oncologist and the copay I have is $60. So why would my first teeth cleaning of the year have a $65 copay? They were friendly and the dentist seemed very knowledgeable but this experience just isn't up to par with what I expect from a professional dentist's office. So I'm giving it 3 stars. I have an appointment to go back for a deep cleaning in a few weeks. I will be canceling that and find a better dentist. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. Not from the dentist but from the other guy. Also the lady at the front desk, she said I had a $65 copay. I asked her what my copay would be for the deep cleaning and she couldn't give me an exact amount. I like to work with professionals and this place is not that.

I went in because of a toothache and they got me in very quickly. It turned out I needed a root canal, and they were able to do it the same day. I was so nervous but Dr. Ton and his assistant worked efficiently and made the whole process comfortable. I didn鈥檛 feel any pain. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly. Mayra at the front desk is probably the friendliest front desk person I鈥檝e ever met. I really loved this place and it will definitely be our go to dentist from now on.
P.S. The TVs on the ceiling are the icing on the cake! 馃槉

As a new patient I am glad I chose First Care Dental. Dr Ton and his assistant Jackie are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. They took their time and explained exactly what i needed for a treatment plan in great detail. I am very happy with the service I received today. I will definitely continue all my future dental services with them as well as refer them to my friends.

Dr. Ton is amazing! He is like an Angel. He is always available to answer questions and responds promptly and in great detail for my issues. I live far away and had a dental question, and he was still willing to answer my question, even without a scheduled appointment! He鈥檚 such an Angel, and has the looks of one too!!
