Over the past couple of years, I’ve visited a few different First Choice Dental locations, but my recent cleanings have been at this Regent Street location—and this is now my go-to spot. The main reason I keep coming back is because of Wendy, the office manager. She’s an absolute rock star when it comes to customer service.
I used to go to the Middleton location, but when I needed to reschedule, the staff there (and even at Verona) weren’t willing to check availability across other offices. When I called Regent Street, Wendy went above and beyond. Not only did she check her location’s schedule, but she offered to look into openings at other First Choice offices to make sure both my wife and I could get in for cleanings. That kind of effort really stood out.
Since then, I’ve had great experiences here. The dental hygienist Will is friendly and professional, and Dr. White is attentive when reviewing my teeth and X-rays. Parking is also easy—there’s a small lot, but I’ve never had trouble finding a spot.
If you’re looking for quality dental care with staff who truly go the extra mile, I highly recommend the Regent Street location of First Choice Dental.

I've been a patient at First Choice Dental – Madison Campus for the past two years, and every single visit has been a great experience. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, the care is professional and thorough, and they always make sure I'm comfortable. Honestly, it's the first dental office I've ever actually looked forward to visiting! It's clear the whole team genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend to anyone in Madison looking for excellent dental care!

Established as a new patient. My dental assistant and dentist (I wish I remembered their names) were sooooo kind and welcoming and so kind to me. I have terrible anxiety at the dentist and they did an amazing job calming me and making me feel relaxed. I recommend

the Dr was fine i don’t know how to spell her name but let’s just say Dr S. But the dental assistant Edwina was very condescending. Never had this problem here. She just wasn’t comforting. I usually see Dr. White and the dental assistant Will but they were out for the day. Edwina needs to be a little more patient and nicer. but overall it was a great visit. The receptionist was very nice but she didn’t know what to do. She said she’s been there for three months so I just figured maybe she’s still getting used to the system.

Chipped a tooth on a Friday evening, called multiple dentist, and they all told me I would have to wait till Monday to get it looked at and then make a appointment to get it repaired, I texted the Wendy at first choice dental and she called me and told me to come on right in, I was blown away also in shock she could fix it that same day. Dr Schulenburg went above and beyond to make me feel like I left out with a perfect smile, she took her time and made sure I was happy with it. I highly recommend this place. It’s rare finding places like these. The team there is amazing
