My dentist (Dr. Mitev) is absolutely amazing as well as my regular hygienist (Candy). With my sensory processing issues, the dentist is a girl's worst nightmare but these two have an energy that makes me feel as comfortable as I have ever been when I go to a dentist. They have repaired multiple issues with my teeth and I appreciate them for helping so much. :)

Our family have gone to the First Choice Dental on Park St. since ours girls starting going to the dentist. I just had an appointment today, and I was telling our dental hygienist, Tiffany, how much I love the rapport that we have with the staff and how amazing we are treated and accommodated every time. I always make my appointments for my girls early enough for them not to miss a lot of school. When I have an appointment as well they get us in at the same time so we get out of there faster. Our dentist just replaced my youngest two front teeth that were chipped. Every time we are there, whether she is there or not, he asks how she's doing. Their amazing effort and kindness towards me and my family, are the reasons we will never change clinics. Plus, they have the best and very knowledgeable administrative staff. There's never surprise billing, and they always give an accurate estimate. I recommend this clinic to everyone, but especially, people with families. Thanks, again, First Choice staff! Shout out to Tiffany's 20th anniversary working there. You are all amazing!

Everyone was very nice and helpful, always keeping my comfort a priority. My cleaning was thorough and efficient. The Dr. and his assistant worked very well together and were concerned about what was best for me. I highly recommend this office!!

First Choice (Tiffany Daniels Birkrem) is simply put the best dental hygienist in the business today. I truly grew over the years to dislike going to have my hygienist clean my teeth, but now that I have Tiffany helping me, I am blessed to keep things in check and enjoy my visits again. Thank You Tiffany, keep doing what you do to help those of us that require your special care.

Best dentist ever. They made me feel the safest they possibly could during my most vulnerable moments. Handled everything with extreme care and got me in immediately when I was afraid. Hands down amazing people, and I would recommend anybody that is looking for a new dentist that they come here first. I could not express my thanks enough to all of them!!

First Choice Dental Madison Downtown is part of a Dane County dental practice with multiple Wisconsin locations, offering general, restorative, and specialty dental care. For patients considering dental implants, the practice describes providing implant solutions, including All-on-4 and full-arch treatment, alongside related restorative services such as crowns, bridges, and dentures.
The office also offers preventative care, family dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and other specialty services, so patients can often have implant-related needs and general dental care addressed as part of the same practice. Patients coordinate with a Patient Coordinator on a personalized care plan, and the practice emphasizes explaining insurance and treatment options so patients can weigh their choices before moving forward.
The practice's clinical team includes Dr. Andrea Geffin, who has achieved board certification in periodontology, as part of First Choice Dental's broader specialty team across its Dane County locations.
