Dr. Andrew Skigen and his Entire Staff Team are Exceptional. I've had my bad experiences in the past with extractions, etc. Dr. Skigen put me at ease and explained everything that he was going to do prior, during and after the extraction. I was so comfortable and listening to him as he was performing the extraction that I didn't even feel the extraction at all. Almost as if he, himself was the patient. Remarkable! He is a Fantastic Oral Surgeon. The best I've ever had. I highly recommend him to everyone : )

I am so glad I chose 1st Coast Oral Surgery! I initially chose them due to the many 5 star reviews, but was hooked from my first interaction when I called for my consultation appointment. The front desk staff immediately made me feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door (especially since I was already anxious about having to have an oral procedure done and then was delayed in traffic). I would like to give a shout out to my tech and Dr. Skigen as well. Dr. Skigen immediately eased my anxiety with his "easy-going" personality! He was easy to talk to! All in all...I highly recommend this office for your oral surgery needs! Thank you!

As a retired dentist I'm allowed to give 6 stars! I didn't have my tooth pulled; it was quietly removed 馃槼. Yes, same thing...humor! From 45yrs of experience I can truthfully say Dr. Andrew Skigen is an extremely talented and knowledgeable surgeon. Sophia, his dental assistant, is excellent in prepping the patient and preparing an immaculate surgical setup 馃憣. Front desk covers all bases except maybe giving me some of grandma's chicken soup! He is the kind of surgeon I would have enjoyed referring to from my practice. Thanks to all!

I have so much dental work done in my life. Dr Skigen was new to me and he was wonderful.
I am a basket case at the dentist for anything above a cleaning.
I had an extraction done today and I was petrified. New oral surgeon.
He was kind, as were his staff , and both understood the level of my fear. I have had many dentists say my fear isn鈥檛 real but to me, it鈥檚 very real. They all did a wonderful job and looks like I could my new oral surgeon, 馃檪
I really like that they tell you what they are doing every step of the way.
Office is immaculate. Easy parking (a rarity in Palm coast lol)

This was my first time going to First Coast Oral Surgery in Palm Coast because I needed a tooth extraction and my regular dentist doesn鈥檛 do IV sedation. I unfortunately have had a lot of experience having teeth removed, this was BY FAR the smoothest major dental procedure I鈥檝e had done. My teeth have deep roots and every other time (at other dentists/oral surgeons) they鈥檝e had to drill the tooth to get it out, taking huge chunks of my gums out. That definitely makes recovery take longer and it hurts like hell. The doctor at First Coast successfully got my tooth out without drilling/cutting which left a very small wound, it鈥檚 making recovery really easy.
I really hope I don鈥檛 need oral surgery/extractions again, but I鈥檇 definitely go back there, in a heartbeat. The staff were really kind and supportive, like every single person from the front desk, the nurse/assistant, and the doctor/surgeon.
