I had an emergency with my front tooth, broken off to the exposed root. They put me thru all the X-rays and consultations and then told me that they would remove the tooth. But I had to sign up for a dental Implant program before he would do it??? I am in the process of getting dentures but never wanted Implants. They basically demanded that I sign up AND do it all that day!!! Pull all the rest of my teeth etc!!!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!! I felt like I was getting scammed. They could of told me all that on the phone when I called in for an appointment??? I was set up to get me in there when they knew they weren't going to help me unless I signed up for the dental implants. They need to be reported to the State!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! You will regret it!

Went in for an exam and a deep cleaning. Was told it was $100-$400 for the exam. Signed a contract at the beginning saying it would be $392. At the end they charged me $475 because they messed up and needed more Xrays and said that I was told the price could vary. I was told the price could vary, just not above $400. They will price gouge you the second you walk in.

Dr. Bruce was very nice to work with, the children like him and he was very respectful. However, after my daughters x rays and cleaning she had bruises under her tongue and on her lips also one of the staff, Evone, was very disrespectful, telling me they ARE going to do procedures to my daughters teeth that i had told them to wait on and the dentist said was a totally optional procedure. I had two children being seen at the same time and wanted to check on them and hear the dentist advice when he seen them but she asked me not to walk in the hallway between rooms because they want to keep the hallway clear. i am very disappointed because i really did like doc Bruce and some of the stuff were very nice also they accepted our insurance which is a big plus but i would rather pay out of pocket for someone i can trust then be treated disrespectfully.

I hate these dentists so much never in my life have I had worse dentists than these every time I go they do their work wrong last time I came they didn't fill in a gap between my teeth right and I had food getting stuck for 6 months and now that I came back they took 2 HOURS to fill it in and now I haven't been able to feel half of my face for 2 - 3 hours these ppl probably the reason lil kids be scared of dentists

I come here with my son and it was good until I Came in for a routine cleaning and instead of doing anything they just told me I need braces, wanna pull 3 teeth out and put implants which will cost $26k so I said no thanks, 2 months later My bottom molar tooth cracked and hurting really bad, I called and set up an appointment to remove it and they said they won’t take it out unless I follow thru with their plan, which is $26k for my teeth and braces and implants. Me and my son won’t be coming here any more
