My kids love going ESPECIALLY when Kenia is the one attending us!! She’s so amazing with my kids definitely makes it so welcoming when we go.

This is hands down the worst dental/orthodontic office I have ever dealt with. First, the office staff is rude, unhelpful, and refuses to answer questions or return phone calls. I repeatedly asked for callbacks and never received one — including requests to speak with a supervisor. I was told it could take over 7 days to hear back… and I never did. They told me my 9-year-old daughter needed braces, but that we had to wait six months for baby teeth to fall out. In December, I called simply to get an estimated cost so I could plan my FSA for the upcoming year. They couldn’t give me any information and again refused to escalate my concerns or return calls — even after I tried transferring to their Dodge office. Because this office has been such a hassle, I scheduled a second opinion with another orthodontist. That office requested a referral, and this office refused to send one, claiming my child had poor dental hygiene — something that was never mentioned to me in person. I took her to a new dentist immediately, who told me she has perfect dental hygiene and provided a referral on the spot. At my last appointment with this office, I was also told I had to pay a $50 copay. My new dentist confirmed that copays are only required for treatment — cleanings and preventive care are covered 100% by my insurance. When I called to request a refund, I was told I would only receive $16 back, claiming my insurance didn’t cover their full cost — despite being told otherwise upfront. Nothing about this office is easy, upfront, or transparent. Between the misinformation, refusal to communicate, and lack of basic customer service, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I absolutely do not recommend this office.

LOVE KENIA!!! She does amazing with the kids! My kid loves her and knows how to work very well with him ❤️ definitely recommend her to do your kids cleaning!

Overpriced, and will charge you for things that they forced you to get despite whether or not it's actually necessary or what you want/need to have done. They have even send bills for things they didn't even do to some people. The only reason people here go to this greedy, corporate dental office is because there are few to no reasonably priced alternative options in the area.

After having my second baby, I suddenly had excruciating tooth pain. I needed immediate care. When I called to schedule an apt, I had asked several times about having my baby with me and they reassured me it wouldn't be a problem to bring him to the apt. Since he was only 1 week old, I couldn't leave him with someone long and specifically asked if I could have him with me during a procedure. They reassured me it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived it was very evident they were displeased with me for having my baby with me. They then proceeded to tell me I couldn't have him in the back room for the apt. They told me the complete opposite of this on the phone. I kindly told them I had discussed this and they said it was OK. One lady came out to tell me, "They would not be OK with me finishing breast feeding because they wouldnt wait" despite me just talking with another staff member about leaving my baby with husband after nursing so i could go back alone. The lady was nearly yelling and this was in front of other customers. She left and someone else sheepishly came to tell me they'd wait. My husband was very angry and defended me. We finally got my procedure done. No apology from anyone. I'd never recommend their service to anyone because of their staff.
