We had such a positive experience with my son’s dental surgery. Dr Pancko explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what to expect. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring.
You can truly tell they love what they do and genuinely care about helping their patients. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. As a mom, that meant everything to me.
Any time I had questions or concerns, Dr Pancko was happy to help and never made me feel like I was overreacting. They treated both of us with compassion and respect, and I’m so grateful for the care they provided. They went above and beyond for my son and I’m truly grateful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing dental surgery

Dr Pancko and the female Lindsey did an excellent beyond excellent care for my mom she had to pull a cracked wisdom tooth out and the dr and his assistant there bed side manner they way they were so gental and explaining everything to my mom as they went threw with pulling out the tooth to even before how they were going to numb it with the needle where and when they were placing the needle exactly whats was going to feel like the pressure before they did anything as they were doing checking on her along the way. And the Lindsey with the instructions how to care for it after and just over them and the whole staff from when we made the appointment to when they gave us a reminder to when we check in and out.. get staff and dr they have something wonderful there..

Our first visit wait time to get the evaluation was a bit longer than it should've been. Once we did get called back it went very quick and smooth. However, it was with a the female provider who didnt take our insurance. We were never told that she didnt take it and ended up with the full bill. I had to call my insurance to find this out and what other provider's at this office did take our insurance. So then I called back to this office and explained this and had to get our initial extraction appointment canceled until the other provider (who ended up preforming the extraction today) said hed take her as a patient. So then we got rescheduled. However then there was miscommunication between our insurance and this office about coverage so again the appointment was canceled till that got cleared up. Finally, we did get back on the appointment book. Huge shout out to the team that works with the insurance side. Always called and kept me in the loop. Today we did the extraction and the staff was so proficient and professional. My daughter had no issues after the procedure. Thank you.

We live in Bethany Beach, but my husband needed his wisdom teeth removed and was able to get an earlier appointment at the Dover office instead of the Rehoboth or Seaford locations. His appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and we arrived around 10:50. He wasn’t called back for his extraction until 12:30 p.m.
The front desk did let everyone know they were running behind, but if there are two surgeons/dentists in the office, it’s unclear why so many patients were scheduled. We usually don’t mind waiting, but since we live over an hour away, text updates would have been greatly appreciated—especially if they already knew the entire schedule was delayed.
I will say the staff was friendly, but my husband also shared that once he finally went back, they had to stick him three times in three different spots just to get the IV in… 😒😵💫

I had to have my back tooth pulled and I saw Dr Pancko. He was great he ask me if I was ready and I said yes he said ok you are done. Wow that was quick and I didn’t even fill it. I would recommend Dr Pancko anytime. I give him a five and I give his assistance five they were very nice. I called. I got in as quick as they could get me in and I will go back again .
