I recently had my first visit to Flanagan Dental and it was like coming home. I was previously a patient at another dental group for my entire life having had Dr. Flanagan as my dentist and Carolyn as my hygienist. When I finally learned they were now in Mystic, I did not hesitate to make the change. This practice is brand new and everything is bright and fresh. It was an absolute joy to see Dr. Flanagan and to have Carolyn once again cleaning my teeth, I felt completely at ease. She has had decades of experience and having her as my hygienist for over 20 years, it was a joy to return to her. The entire front desk staff was welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Flanagan Dental for all your dental needs. They are like family.

Finding a dentist that is empathetic and compassionate has not been easy for me over the years. I am so happy to have found Flanagan Dental! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this practice is from the initial call for an appointment to the moment I left to go home after my initial appointment! Renee and Dr. Flanagan understood my fear and anxiety, they made me feel completely comfortable and confident with the treatment plan! Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Flanagan for many years and was so happy to hear that he reopened in Mystic recently. I have never met a more caring and sincere dentist. I am also thrilled that his former staff is there to support him. Flanagan Dental provides expert care with qualified professionals, who genuinely care about you as a patient and not just about the bottom line!

I’ve had lots of bad dental experiences, and Flanagan’s is the first place I felt like they truly cared about my treatment as a person, not just a number in the system. I came in for just a cleaning, but needed a filling, and they were able to fit me in for a quick filling after my cleaning! Dr. Flanagan works super fast and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. I’m so glad to have finally found a good dentist in the area!

Very professional service. Dr. Flanagan is an outstanding dentist who shares information and explains what he is doing and why. He was concerned about my experience during and after treatment and was available after hours if any problems developed. I would definitely recommend him.
