Don't usually do reviews unless they're extremely positive. Unfortunately, I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my husband and was told that they can't see him because we have a past due balance from 2022 of $18 that was not collected, yes! Eighteen dollars!! Why couldn't they allow us to pay that and help my husband who has been in pain for the past week? Just really sad 😢 and he actually liked this office and felt comfortable with them because he's had bad experiences with others that caused him not to go to the dentist. This was one he thought he could trust

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Hot Springs Dental Group. Dr. Matone and his assistants have incredible bedside manner, they go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this Dental office.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!
I called office to get my grandson an appointment for a toothache he just started having. He has been to this office and is a patient there. I was assured they would call me back to see if a blocked out spot could be used for him to get help. No one called so I returned my call to them next day and was told, Yeah we got a message bug uoh are going to have to take him someplace else, we have no room for him!!!! Excuse Me!!!! How can a Dental office go and say that about one of their patients. Just because he doesn't get seen every 6 months is no reason to say that. The old sounding hag that answered the phone had no compassion whatsoever. We will never recommend this office to anyone ever. Thankfully I found someone to take our grandson right away because their belief is no one should be in pain and that's what we are here for. They made room for a new patient and they are rated very high with 5 stars. I am so very thankful to our new Dentist.

When I first moved here and was in dire need of a dentist to take my wisdom teeth out and for regular check ups beyond. This office with their great staff and friendly service was highly recommended by my neighbor and new friend at the time Christina who also happens to work there. In the years since that I have been getting my teeth cleaned, they just like my friendship with Miss Christina has grown to feel more like family. If you're looking for that feeling of home look no further this is the dentist office for you. Where they can calm even the most anxious (lol that would be me) of client's with a gental hand and a soothing voice while you get your teeth cleaned. 😁

The dentists at this clinic are professionals. I had Dr. Fleischner and Dr. Van Bebber and their work is exceptional — they saved two teeth, one of which another dentist at another office was about to lose.
At this clinic, the dentists and their hygienists are very detail oriented, which I appreciate as a patient. When I walk in the door, I can feel that they work together as a team, from the front desk to the dentist's chair, to the payment counter.
Am so glad I switched here!

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Stuart A. Fleischner, D.D.S., Nicholas Van Bebber, D.D.S., and Chad Matone, D.D.S. Dr. Fleischner earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in 1981, completed a hospital and general dental residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in New Orleans, and is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American College of Dentists. Dr. Van Bebber earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2006 and completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery externship at the University of Tennessee in 2005. Dr. Matone earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2006, is a Fellow of the Misch Implant Institute, and is a Member and Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
