Dr. Theiss and his staff are great at what they do. The office setting is professional, serene and well laid out. All information of what I was expected to pay, instructions of my appointment and treatment, and their hospitality were well received.
This being my first time having surgery, it was good to have a caring doctor explain and also ask what were my questions before going through with the procedure. Even after the surgery, he called my wife to check on how I was doing. You can't ask for better service these days. I would recommend this office to anyone living near or far from its location. You won't be disappointed.

Everything was super fast and easy with their clinic. Dr. Shapiro was by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. He answered all the questions I had with no problem. The surgery went amazingly and very fast considering I took all four molars out. I had very little swelling and many people even told me that means I had a good doctor which I can attest to. I would recommend coming to them to get your wisdom teeth out along with choosing Dr. Shapiro. 10/10

I recently had a procedure done and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The waiting area was clean and inviting, which helped calm my nerves.
Dr. Theiss was exceptional. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. Their expertise was evident, and I appreciated the personalized care I received. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt well-informed about what to expect during the recovery process.
The post-operative care was equally impressive. The doctor followed up with me to ensure I was healing well and to answer any questions I had. I felt supported throughout the entire experience.

Got all 4 of my wisdom tooth out with no problems. Best procedure I’ve went through for sure. Took only a week from the first meeting to the day of the surgery. Dr. Theiss is amazing at what he does and everyone in that building is nice and friendly. Would recommend everytime. 10/10 !

Our experience with Dr Michael J Theiss was wonderful, I traveled 3 hours because his office was highly recommended. The office atmosphere is great especially for first time visitors. He is super informative & professional. Will visit him again if I need to for my next visit.
