From the moment I called this office, Sarah greeted me so warmly with compassionate that I knew I would be in good hands. The office manager/front desk staff sets the tone for the practice in my opinion. It’s the first impression and she was wonderful. I had an emergency situation of a broken front tooth from a mishap fall into a piece of furniture in the dark. My regular dentist was out of town so I was referred to Florida Dental Center practice where Dr. Lewis and his staff repaired my tooth. My appointment was at 10:30am and was called back quickly where I had X-rays and preparation and everyone was terrific! By noon I was finished and very happy with the repair. Dr. Lewis made me comfortable and did a great job! I can’t thank them enough for getting me in the day after Thanksgiving, and making my tooth look like it used to!!

My experience was great with my first time visiting this location. The first appointment went good and the next was great in and out in no time. Felt comfortable and welcomed. I will keep them for all the future visits. Thank you

While I've never used this office for my own personal dental needs, based on the interaction with the office staff while calling on behalf of the executive I support, I would NEVER use them. The girl who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. With the years I have in customer service, before placing someone on hold the decent thing to do is to let them know you're placing them on hold. Thankfully the call I was making was to cancel an appointment and any future service with this office. No need to interact with the unprofessionalism at Florida Dental Centers.

Great visit. Both assistants were very attentive and made me feel welcome. Front desk check in and check out were very helpful. Doctor was great and addressed all my questions. Would highly recommend.

Renie and Dr Lewis explained what he was going to do. Pulled my tooth and i didn’t feel a thing. I was very pleased with the way I was treated very friendly and personable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist and the check out people were also very informative and friendly I’m very pleased
