Dr. Koyama himself is excellent, and so is his technicians, but the front desk staff are basically useless. Months of calling to make an appointment, and I had to have my dentist do it on my behalf. I get a 2pm appointment, arrive to watch several patients come and go, only to just get started an hour later. This isn't a Dr. issue, this is an administrative staff issue. I would like to think this office and the community deserves better.

Dr. Koyama and his staff are amazing. The front desk staff are always so kind and patient. Dr. Koyama himself is incredibly knowledgeable, while still being understanding and gentle. He genuinely wants the best outcome for your overall health & will work with you to get proper care.

Dr Koyama is the best oral surgeon I've seen in my lifetime. His staff is also amazing. They are all professional, extremely competent and above all caring. I could not have imagined a better outcome. Highly recommend to anyone.

I needed an emergency extraction. A local oral surgeon was booked solid for many weeks and referred me to Dr. Koyama. When the office listened to my situation, they moved quickly to have me seen by Dr. Koyama. Everyone in this office is outstanding. I am having an easy recovery and am so grateful to this practice.
