I had my first dentist appointment today, and it was such a great experience! I was a bit nervous going in, but the entire team made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The dentist was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Since I haven’t started treatment yet I’d come back and give a review on how that went.

Was very pleased from the initial call and scheduling to sitting down with James Smith to discuss my concerns. I was already working with a good dentist but wanted to shop my implants before committing to the financial side of things. I am pleased to say that things worked out well for me. As a one stop shop they were able to do all the work without me seeing another dentist for crowns at an additional cost. That’s why I chose to have Florida Smile do my implants. They have honest straight forward no nonsense approach and that’s what I like with anything I deal with.

OMG! What a complete horror show!!!! My husband had an implant done in February 2025, along with a filling, totaling a whopping $6,300. Not once, not twice, but THREE times the implant fell out. After all of this, they refunded us only $2,795, when honestly, half of the total cost would have been the bare minimum, and even that would have been generous considering the nightmare we endured. The staff was incredibly difficult to deal with, especially the Office Manager, Lotti (not sure if that’s her first or last name), who dodged my calls/texts for days. Meanwhile, we’re now back living in New York while this office is located in Fort Lauderdale, forcing us to find another dentist to repair what Dr. Burak clearly failed to do properly. To make matters worse, she actually had the audacity to suggest that maybe my husband was “chewing more on one side.” Seriously? What difference should that make if this is supposed to be a permanent implant? This has been an exhausting, stressful, and extremely expensive ordeal. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money or valuable time. In our experience, this was truly bottom-of-the-barrel dental work and customer service.

From the first day I called Florida Smile.Studio they have given me exceptional customer service. I am happy with my choice. I get my procedure done this coming Monday will post and update once it's done. A big thank you to the staff at Florida Smile Studio for making this happen.

Great service, James is the best taking care of all my worries and questions. Dr. Gil is an amazing patient, thorough Dr. With the best bedside manners I've ever encountered. Renee and Maria awesome young ladies. overall great atmosphere. Thank you you have a patient for life.
