After having established what I thought was a good relationship with this provider, I waited about 6 weeks for a filling for one of my 3 children that had been seen there without any missed appts. They canceled our filling appt the day before because I didnt respond to their text messages. Mind you, I work full time and do not sit reading paragraphs in my free time. Now, I have a babysitter for tomorrow, 1 kid with a cavity still needing filled and have to find a new provider for 3 kids. I called them 10 minutes after a text about canceling my appt and they were not accommodating, they offered me an appt another 3 or 4 more weeks out. This business started ok but the inability to keep scheduled appts is appalling. Especially when we have had many appts between the 3 children and have never missed a single one. I also had another child seen there with a filling, they didn't want to deal with because he was scared and a bit harder to deal with. This wasnt an issue for me because it was a tooth that should fall out soon anyways but if it had been an adult tooth or a younger child it would have been a deal break in itself. Read my other reviews I have left abiut 20 reviews and only 2 have been bad. Trust me and Skip this location.
Revise to add, they did call my emergency contact at 1110 or so. But I didnt get that message until after 2 when my appt was already canceled. I DID NOT Ever receive a call, but if they are going to cancel a medical appt, a call an hour before they chancel isn't sufficient.

My children have recently become patients at this dental practice. I am pleased to report that the entire staff has consistently demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, care, and great communication skills. Notably, my daughter, who has severe autism, received outstanding care and patience. I particularly appreciate their approach to ensuring her comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental office.

WORST experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dentist. My daughter (8 yo) had a resin composite procedure done on her front two teeth, NONE of the procedure was explained to me or the patient on what was going to be happening. I wasn’t allowed in the room due to being pregnant so I wasn’t able to see what was happening either. She was supposed to only have nitrous oxide when I was then told she had 2 anesthesia shots WITHOUT my consent before doing so. The dentist was overly rushing and had no bedside manners especially for dealing with a child. The procedure itself looked awful, we had to go back the same day and ask for the teeth to be filed smooth and straight as they were the total opposite when we left the first time. When we did show back up to correct what wasn’t done the first time, once again nothing was explained and was very rushed. My daughter was crawling up the chair crying in pain and all he had to say was “stop moving or you’re going to bite my finger” while actively continuing to just rush the process and hurt her. Almost as if he was annoyed to do his job. I am DISGUSTED with the way she was treated and highly do NOT recommend for any children or even an adult after today’s experience.

I’ve taken my toddler here three different times for cleanings and each time I’m unimpressed they have zero patience with children. And usually for a cleaning I wouldn’t make a huge fuss but my 3 year olds face was completely swollen after complaining for two day about a chipped tooth. I was hopeful to get some answers for this dentist but instead they told us they couldn’t do anything because there was nothing wrong with his tooth. After the doctor saw him for less then 3 minutes if that. And then was no where to be seen to answer any of my questions. And then the young girl who’s a dental assistant told me NOT to follow up with his pediatrician which as a mom I did anyway. His pediatrician advised me to take him to the hospital immediately. We sat at the hospital and they told us it is his teeth gave him a steroid to bring his swelling down and told me to find a different dentist. honestly take your child anywhere but here, somewhere a doctor will at least look at your child.
