Outstanding, this office and staff are. The knowledge of the dentist and assistants are outstanding, the comfort they make you feel from the second you take a step into the door. I have major anxiety over the dentist. I started going here a year ago and I've been so pleased and relieved each time. I cant thank the whole office enough. They will also tell you what your planning to pay so no surprise payments. You can tell they care about their patients not just the money. They have been so wonderful I highly recommend, I've told many co workers about this place and they are already inquiring for appointments. Thank you again.

I wrote a review here a year ago praising this office about Dr. Taylor which I still stand by in regards to Dr. Taylor. However, today I had an unsettling experience with this office for the first time. I have been going to this office since I was 17, I am now 31. I have been here WAY before the new management, Dr. Kyle and whoever else works in this office. I had a small crack on my front tooth in 2022, which I paid for to be filled by Dr. Taylor to fix and be replaced. It did come out, in which Dr. Taylor fixed because he filled it originally at no cost. Never had a problem since. In early 2026, I actually came for a cleaning by a woman who had never cleaned my teeth and was extremely gentle and rough. In the process, she yanked so hard my cleaning my teeth that the filling came out. This filling is not an ordinary filling, it is for a fine crack. I went home and called the next day or soon thereafter because my filling lo and behold came out due to the hygienist literally yanking my teeth. Long story short, Dr. Taylor was unable to help fix my tooth due to being at another office which I understood. I was quoted by Forest Crossing $75 to replace the filling and insurance would pay the rest. I scheduled an appointment. Today, I come to the office with them telling me I am due to pay over $200 and that the cleaning is not the reason the filling came out. It happened another way (I’m assuming my own fault) I was told this by the office staff and Dr. Kyle himself. I never studied dentistry nor have I worked in the dental field, but if they actually took the time to look at where the filling actually was and took responsibility and not been so money hungry- I wouldn’t leave this review. I decided to cancel my appointment. Now, I live in Charleston and I would prefer to give my money to a practice down there who isn’t dishonest, misquoting and actually listens to their patients. Forest Crossing is NOT what it once was and if I were you, I would not give my money to this practice because they lie and all they care about is receiving money- not the care of their patients. Shame on this office.

Great first impression. At Forest Crossing. Staff- Holly, Toni, Nikki extremely nice, helpful and patient. Dr Kyle gave me a prioritized review of work needed.and cost. Not pushy but gave me options. Nikki knew me from a prior practice and great to see her. Shes a Pro Hygienist. Great job!!

I had just moved down to the Myrtle Beach area and was on the hunt for a new dentist. So happy I went with my gut feeling about choosing Forest crossing family dental as my family dentist. Dr. Kyle and his staff, especially his dental hygienist Jackie are great . Jackie is very thorough and explains everything she’s doing while taking care of your oral hygiene .Dr. Kyle is warm , friendly and very knowledgeable .He takes his time with you and answers all your concerns and your questions .Shout out to the ladies at the front they were so friendly and accommodating while booking my next appointment.. I was so happy with my experience at this office that my husband also decided to become a patient of Dr. Kyle.

This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever visited. From the front desk to the hygienist and Dr Maldonado, everyone was warm, welcoming and extremely caring. They took the time to answer all my questions, and I never felt rushed.
