5-11-2026…From the front desk all the way through the Forte Implant Center office of Dr. Lee Fitzgerald is always a pleasant experience. Yes! At THIS dental office for sure! Patient comfort and care are their main priorities. Ezri is my dental hygienist and always gets my teeth so clean, fresh, and shining! He has such a positive personality. Dr. Fitzgerald did a couple of adjustments on a tooth I had chipped, and now it’s not a bother anymore. Thank you to Dr. Fitzgerald, Ezri, and the front desk for taking such good care of me! Much appreciated.

I have waited almost 6 mths to make this review because I could not find the right words to express about Dr. Fitzgerald and EVERY SINGLE ONE in that office. They have absolutely changed my life!!! I dont think they understand how much thier kindness is just a God send! Just an office FULL of angels! I can do what I enjoyed the most, which is smiling. This 'FAMILY' of staff opened the doors & made every step of this journey easy. And without judgment of how i looked! The ladies at the front desk are true gems! Their welcoming hearts, the patients, and their support meant the world to me. They were the first to tell me"its ok, smile show it off" lol😁 Right at a time I started to just give up, Dr Fitzgerald and his staff made me believe in blessings and TRUE miracles again. I feel like these words still dont come close to how wonderful they are, but I pray everytime I walk through that door and just smile, that they know how much I appreciate them and pray that they receive 2xs the blessings that they give out.....from the bottom of my heart Thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I took well over a year interviewing the doctors and medical staffs before deciding on Dr. Fitzgerald and his team for my Upper and Lower All-On-Four Implants, best decision I could have made, fantastic people while also being incredible skilled in their professions.
They like what they do and it shows on each of their welcoming faces.

The staff is very thorough and helpful. The hygienist met me at my appointment time, so I didn’t have to wait. I highly recommend this dental practice.
