My hygienist was extremely personable and made my visit comfortable and actually enjoyable. We had a great conversation and shared plenty of laughs. She also explained each step as she cleaned my teeth and made sure I was at ease during the entire procedure. She listened to my concerns and made sure to reassure me or address them with the dentist. I always enjoy my time in the office. Everyone is nice from the front desk staff to the dentists and hygienists in the back. I look forward to my next appt.

So amazing! We just moved here to Tennessee and i was afraid we were going to find it difficult to find a dentist. Everyone was super friendly. The office was very clean and i loved how comfortable they made my son(13 years old) feel while getting his teeth cleaned. The hygienist was so patient and calming. It was a fantastic experience. My husband and i are scheduled to come back soon for our cleanings and exams. Can’t wait. I will definitely recommend to friends and family who are searching for a dentist.

I cannot recommend Fountain City Smiles enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The office is clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
They took the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions, which made me feel completely at ease. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care is truly exceptional.
I also appreciate their state-of-the-art technology and modern practices, making visits efficient and enjoyable. I’ve never felt rushed during the appointment and everyone genuinely seems to care about your dental health.

Absolutely can not say enough about this business! I called them as an emergency patient and they were able to get me in same day. When I got there, they were super helpful and kind from start to finish. Explain my issue and possible fixes very clearly and with estimates. They did not judge me or cause any pain. I havent been to the dentist in years, but I've already set up my appointment to go back as a new patient to get back to twice a year check-ups.

Tricia did a great job with cleaning my teeth, as always. We had a good conversation about family as I am a long time client. Dr. Patel came in to check with me for any dental issues and recommendations were made for follow-ups. Very good visit with no resulting concerns. Everyone from front desk to treatment was kind and patient.
