This was the best experience ever, I don’t write reviews but if you are looking for oral surgeon go there. I was putting off the extraction for a year and I went after a friend recommended the office. Let me tell you I tried other offices and they wanted a 200$ consultation fee before they could even tell me what will my insurance cover. Not here! I went and it all happened in one appointment X-rays, consultation and two wisdom teeth extractions with IV sedation. Wonderful experience and the co pay was very reasonable. Best experience ever!

From start to finish, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I felt very confident and at ease throughout my journey to my new smile. Special thanks to Dr. Vibert for his kindness and for making me feel like I was his only patient. Im so happy I decided to choose Pure Dental for my Forever Smile!

I had a great experience at the Hauppauge office! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest girls at the desk & the office was immaculate. I then had X-rays taken by Igor who was so kind. I had my consult with Dr Haren & as soon as we started talking I new I had made the right decision to come to Fourever Smile, she explained everything & as I left my mind was made up, I was going to have the procedure done with Dr Haren. As soon as I got home I called & scheduled my procedure. I’m thrilled with the results & am so glad I made this investment in myself. Finding Fourever Smile was the best thing that could have ever happened! If you are thinking of having this procedure done go to the Hauppauge office you will not regret it!

I had a great experience at the dental office. The entire process was very easy and convenient from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment was simple, and the staff made everything run smoothly when I arrived.
What I appreciated the most was how clearly the team explained each procedure before starting. They took the time to walk me through what they were going to do, why it was necessary, and what I should expect. That made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit.
The staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care and clear communication.

After struggling with my teeth for many years, I made the decision to get a consult with Dr. Vibret who was very calming, non-judgmental and wanted to help me. In July of 2025, I had the full upper and lower implant surgery. Everything went smoothly, both Dr. Vibret and his staff are very reassuring and help ease the nerves. Unlike other centers, you go home with temporaries which was very important to me so that the healing and recovery process could begin immediately. I can finally smile without thinking about it, eat normally again and, unlike in the past, have no pain in my mouth at all.

Four Ever Smile in Hauppauge is a dental implant center focused on same-day, full-arch tooth replacement using the All-on-4 style approach. Meet the Doctors
The Hauppauge office is the flagship location founded by Dr. Keith Vibert, DDS, a Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine graduate who trained personally with Dr. Paulo Malo, the inventor of the All-on-4 technique, and who is certified in IV and oral sedation in New York. Dr. Marta Herin, DDS, also a Stony Brook graduate, has over 13 years in dentistry and works as an international lecturer and live surgical training instructor in implantology. The practice's clinical team also includes Dr. Jason Tan, DDS, a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and dental anesthesiologist trained at McGill University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Shan Khan, DMD, an implantologist who completed a residency at the Ozark VA Medical Center, Dr. Alex Stewart, DMD, an implant surgeon trained at the University of Louisville with experience in full arch rehabilitation and bone grafting, and Dr. David Zelig, DDS, a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who previously served as an associate professor at the University of Tennessee. Two board-certified dental anesthesiologists, Dr. Jason L. Joseph, DMD, and Dr. Jose Rivero, DDS, are also part of the permanent team supporting sedation care.
