My family and I are very satisfied with the services offered at Franklin Dental. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the Office Staff, Dental Hygienist, the Dentist and the Owners. It’s a quality, black owned, private dental practice that I recommend to my friends, family, coworkers, church family and neighbors. Dr. Franklin is an ok dentist. I had to go to her THREE times before she could extract a tooth. She “patched” 2 teeth that now have cavities around the “patched” & she can’t see me. I called to get in because a crown I had came loose. I wanted her to look at the 2 teeth she had “patched” also. Couldn’t get in for over 10 days!! Her office staff is neither pleasant nor accommodating. I explained the crown that was loose was hurting & causing an ulcer on the tissue around it, but he said “sorry, you haven’t been here in the last year, you’ll just have to wait”. If you have a job & have to take off work to see the dentist, DEFINITELY don’t go to her.

Dr. Franklin has always been great since the first day I saw her!! Best service ever! The lady the deep cleaned my teeth! Her new nickname should be The Cleaner and she is great. Thank you so much ma'am

When I walked into the facility, I felt so welcomed, safe, and secure. The smell was wonderful. I could relax and feel so peaceful, and once I got back, I was so exhausted. Everything was fine. I enjoyed the staff that worked with me, and once I met Dr. Franklin, she took her time, listened, checked me out, and looked at what I was explaining, what I really wanted to do. I felt so safe in her hands right now, so I enjoyed it because I’m a new patient.

I just had my first dental filling today and WOW! Dr. Pitts is absolutely incredible. She’s professional, patient, and has such a calm energy that instantly puts you at ease. The whole vibe of the office is so comforting and welcoming. They even had a TV playing so I could watch my favorite show while she worked. It seriously felt more like a spa appointment than a dental procedure! I walked out feeling zero pain and 100% confident in my care. I can’t recommend Dr. Pitts enough! she’s a gem!
