As miserable as this whole experience has been for me(I’m a baby with pain), Dr.Izadi is truly amazing at what he does and I’m glad I chose this office! From how great he was, to his assistant Autumn who is absolutely amazing and I have so many great things to say about her, to the front desk with Joy, to Bella, everyone has been so great and I will recommend this office to everyone! You know I had a good experience remembering most everyone’s names. Truly a great oral surgeon!!! They make the experience so much better!
I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with sedation and have had no issues other than the normal recovery. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! Oh yeah, and what doctor calls you personally after your surgery to check on you? Dr.Izadi does. Thanks again Dr.Izadi!

From start to finish, I had a fantastic dental experience at Fredericksburg Implant & Oral Surgery Associates. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and my procedure was completed the same day. Dr. Keith Izadi and his entire team were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone made me feel at ease, and the environment felt very safe. Dr. Izadi and his assistant were reassuring and handled my procedure quickly and painlessly; we even shared a few laughs :-). This is a genuinely wonderful team that provides top-notch compassionate care! I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an excellent dental experience!

After years of struggling with acne, I felt pretty hopeless until I found out about AviClear at Fredericksburg Implant and Oral Surgery. The office was super clean and easy to find, way better than some other places I’ve been to. The staff was amazing; I felt so welcomed right from the start. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, which made me feel really comfortable. The bedside manner is just fantastic! I definitely recommend Fredericksburg Implant and Oral Surgery to anyone looking for help.

I would give this practice two scores. From my initial impression of the Doctor 4+. The support staff a 1 on a good day. I have written a lot of reviews - about 95% positive. The reason I won't use this practice is due to the aggressive approach. It literally feels like a used car lot. (In this case like a cosmetic practice where schedulers get commissions.) I was told I needed an EKG. I didn't call back. They called and wanted to schedule without it. They also misplaced the lower of the two quotes. They called again and I had a question and was told "you need to answer the question I have for now." OK - enough. I wouldn't buy a car from these people let alone sedate me and pull out my teeth - which is really expensive for this kind of procedure. I do see that there are good reviews. They may or may not reply to my comment apologizing for my experience and wanting to speak with me to my satisfaction, but other than the doctor, the four people all spoke in the same way. The culture of this practice is less medical, and more high pressure sales.

I’ve had a lifelong fear of the dentist, so when I learned I needed a significant oral surgery procedure, I was extremely nervous. I did extensive research to find the right surgeon and discovered that Dr. Izadi’s credentials and education were truly unmatched in the area.
From the very first phone call, Bella at the front desk went above and beyond—patiently answering what felt like countless questions and making me feel at ease. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about my comfort.
Dr. Izadi himself is clearly an expert in his field. What I feared would be a terrifying experience turned out to be smooth and stress-free, and I healed much faster than I expected.
I’ve already recommended Fredericksburg Implant & Oral Surgery Associates to everyone I care about who might need an oral surgeon. Their expertise, compassion, and top-notch patient care make all the difference!
