Referred by another dentist that doesn’t preform oral surgery for my 84 year old mom’s broken tooth. First appointment we were late due to insufficient directions & I proposed to reschedule. Second appointment I had her there 30 minutes early. Took her back 10 minutes late and summoned me later to go back with her. X-Ray tech immediately went into “hostile” questioning about WHY doesn’t your mom remember she has staples in her neck. Repeatedly asking “WHY doesn’t she remember”!? I said “ hello, how are you today”? She replied fine, WHY doesn’t she remember!? “You didn’t give me a chance to say hello”… when I walked through the door would’ve been the time. Another dental practice was called while I was waiting for her, and they took her right away, same day. Don’t be so jaded in your job you forget common courtesy.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Bailey and his team. My daughter had her top wisdom taken out. She was extremely nervous and they made her so comfortable. Dr. Bailey actual called us personally himself that night to make sure she was doing okay, plus one of his assistants called a few days later to check up on her again. This man has the most wonderful bedside manner. We would recommend him to anyone needing dental work done. His team from his assistants to the office workers were wonderful.

Dr. Bailey and his staff are excellent. From my first appointment to last they were very communicative, quick, and friendly. They each made sure to thoroughly discuss each instruction and step of the process along the way. Dr. Bailey personally called to check on me the day of my surgery, which was very nice. They took very good care of me and I could not recommend them more!

Bad for business CSR was rude and unprofessional this place has on the paper work they don't discriminate but they DO! The people i referred there i will let know stay away from this place.

Meet the Doctors
Ryan M. Bailey, DDS, MD, is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery and is both a dentist and a physician. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, then completed oral surgery training at the University of Maryland at Baltimore, with residency experience at the University of Maryland Medical Center, Mercy Medical Center, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, National Naval Medical Center, and the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 2002. Dr. Bailey is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of both the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the American Medical Association, and the Medical Society of Virginia. His interests include dental implants, oral pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, pre-prosthetic and reconstructive surgery, and facial trauma.
