The dentists and staff I’ve interacted with have always been kind, but the scheduling and confirmation process is very frustrating. They called while I was at work, and I returned the call and left a voicemail confirming my appointment because no one answered the phone. Every time I tried to call, it went to voicemail. Then they called again at 9 a.m. while I was asleep and canceled my appointment because they said they couldn’t accept voicemail confirmations. It’s incredibly frustrating to be expected to answer every call while they don’t answer theirs (especially when people are paid specifically to do so). I wish they had a better system for confirming appointments.
I think I should’ve at least gotten the day to try to confirm.

I showed up for an appointment, only to be told it was cancelled because the doctor wasn't in that day. I checked my call log, and no one had called to let me know. I had rearranged my schedule to go to this appointment. My first experience at this place was an extraction. The dentist rushed in, did not even introduce himself, extracted the tooth before it was properly numbed, and rushed out, leaving his assistant to do any communicating.
Even if the dental care is ok, calling in is a trainwreck. Nobody answers the phone.

I arrived at 1:10 for the appointment scheduled at 1:30. The office informed me that everyone was on lunch until 2 PM. I asked why was I scheduled for a 1:30 appointment then? The office explained that it was for paperwork, but since I filled it out online I didn’t need to come in at that time. Why wasn’t I informed of this on the phone when I made and confirmed the appointment? Then at the actual appointment time there were X Rays taken and paperwork filled out with the hygienist/assistant. The treatment plan was filled out by the assistant and then she said let’s get you out here for scheduling. I asked, “When do I see the dentist?” She informed me that I see the dentist on the day of the procedure! Oh no! Red flag! There was no oral exam performed by a dentist, hygienist, assistant- no one! Ridiculous! How can anyone run an office that way?! I think it’s safe to say I will not be coming back to this place. Terrible experience.

I used to have a horrible fear of the dentist—to the point where I avoided going for six years and wouldn’t get any work done unless I was under sedation.
Then I went to French Creek Dental and saw Tyler, Shelby, and Brittany—and they are truly a dream team. I can’t say enough good things about them. Honestly, 10/10!
Now I go to the dentist with no problem at all and can actually relax while sitting in the chair. I never thought I’d feel this way!

I have been going here for about 7 months for dentures, I have had a great experience UP UNTIL YESTERDAY! I went in for a re-line, things were going well until I was told the lab was gone for the day and I had to leave WITHOUT my lower dentures and they couldn't get me back in for 3 weeks!! This is extremely infuriating, especially bc I was NEVER told anything about this until that day and they made the appointment for after the lab was gone for the day? UNACCEPTABLE
