I had a terrible experience at another dentist, so my wife scheduled me an appointment with Fresh Dental. From the moment I arrived, they listened to what mattered to me, were gentle during my exam and X-rays, and were straightforward about the issues they found—without overwhelming me with the full cost all at once.
Instead, they provided a reasonable estimate for the next three visits and clearly explained what could be addressed afterward. Most importantly, they earned my trust. Fresh Dental feels like a safe place to get work done, even when dental visits honestly scare the hell out of me.

I have been going to Dental Fresh for some years now and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. The front desk staff is courteous and professional each time. I had a new dental hygienist who really made an impression on me fir going above and beyond to

The education level of the front receptionist ladies are beyond low standards. I don't understand why they always get an attitude with customers. Not the 1st time this has happen. But today was the tipping point, if you can't talk to YOUR customers with respect u don't need to be there. U never know what kind a day the customers are having or the effort it takes to get kids to an appointment and for them to walk in and get attitude it's uncalled for.

Crown fell out last night and scheduled an appointment for 9 am this morning. Awoke early and made the drive.. upon arriving, I was told they could not take me in. They said they called; I checked the phone.. NO calls from Fresh Dental in Longview. Only a call from Sherman at 8:30 with no ID. We live in the Winnsboro postal zip code(rural area), so it takes an hour to drive and an hour back home. We are on limited income plus the inconvenience!!! Please contact me.

I was made welcome by your receptionist. The wait time was extremely short. The hygienist that was very knowledgeable professional and thorough as she cleaned my teeth. She made me aware of the condition of my teeth and gums as she cleaned them. She answered all questions that I had. I made an appointment for my next cleaning.
