This dental office is usually great. In all my years of coming here, I had always been pleased with my experience and outcome. But my cleaning was painful for the first time ever due to the power washer used on my teeth with no awareness for my gums being there, and another first, my teeth still did not feel clean. I have NEVER had pain with a cleaning, never had a problem. Competencies are usually annual, and while I won't say who cleaned my teeth (mostly because the internet tends to be awful) I would just like to ensure that all dental hygenists in this office are reviewed for technique and "bedside manner". I can't imagine this person working on kids too 😔 hurts my heart!

They did their best communicating with me because I'm Deaf. They're so very friendly. They was so amazing. They made sure my mouth is healthy. They didn't left nothing out. Once they detected something, they took care of it immediately and set another appointment for next week.

Amazing place. Ashley the hygienist was amazing. She took her time with my cleaning and I did not feel any pain at all. She is also very polite. The whole staff is amazing from when you first enter the building. Definitely will be a loyal customer.

UPDATE: DO NOT put your trust in the printout of the cost of procedures they give you for your dental treatment!! I paid $650 for a root canal and crown. Went today (6/10/26) to get permanent crown and I was told I owed another $115!! Why ?because the insurance did not pay their part. As far as I am concerned they should honor the quote I was given on the printout! That is the purpose of the cost sheets given so you can schedule and work your $ according to that plan. The cost should have been honored as far as I am concerned. I will just live with a temporary crown until it falls out. Yes, I understand this is my choice. But it all comes down to the principle of it. How can you just let a customer walk away cos you don't want to honor the quote. It is a shame cos I really like Dr. Anderson. The people there are wonderful. they're very friendly and seem to be very caring, but I have a big thing coming up in a couple weeks. I'll no more then. The sad thing about dental no matter what it is you're getting done or where you go. it's so expensive!!!

I was not happy with my visit to this Fresh Dental. I was greeted by a lady and she had a horrible attitude towards me. When I asked questions about the insurance I have she was looking it up. She didn’t know I spoke Spanish also and I heard her talk about me in Spanish saying I was stupid and she didnt want to be there. When I was eventually brought to the back the assistant was also rude. She made me feel really bad about being there. She had cheetah print scrubs on. I had my visit and when the assistant took me to be checked out she stayed up there talking only in Spanish to the office manager about partying and getting drunk that previous weekend. The rest of the staff was very kind and checked up on me when I was left alone in the room for an extended period of time waiting for my treatment plan.
