I wanted to take a moment to recognize Eva for being such an amazing dental assistant. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. Her kindness and positive attitude immediately put me at ease.
Eva is not only professional and knowledgeable, but she is also incredibly funny, humble, and caring. She has a way of making every visit feel less stressful and more enjoyable. She truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel valued and cared for.
Thank you, Eva, for your compassion, dedication, and the wonderful energy you bring every day. You are truly the best, and I am so grateful for the care and support you provide!

Maritza was very helpful. So sweet and kind! She gave me great tips on flossing the back areas. She’s on her way to being a hygienist! Dr. Sonceau was very gentle in my mouth. She was so kind and knowledgeable She gave me good advice!

Far From Friendly
I had an appointment today to see the dentist however I called to say I was not able to make it. The reception cold response was did I not receive a reminder.. I did . The desk was extremely rude and went on to explain they can’t see me till September I said ok then she said the system was not able to reschedule me at all. My transportation happens to be. An electric scooter! I ride it all places local and it is effective other than when it is raining. I was not able to ride in the rain to my appointment today and it has opened my eyes to see that no matter the situation which was not even asked as to why I was not able to make it . I was not able to ride in the rain.. it was enough for me to ride to them the first time. But the reminder did not for see rain. Far From Friendly

They are truly the definition of Friendly service! The hygienist was AMAZING! She was extremely sweet and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. 😌

Dr. Nicholson did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning. Her and her assistant were so welcoming and had the most amazing energy. I highly recommend them both. Thank you!

Dr. Vidalon grew up in South Florida, earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Nova Southeastern University, and completed dental school at the University of Florida, where he was inducted into a national dental honor society. After practicing general dentistry in Central Florida for three years, he completed his orthodontic residency at BronxCare Hospital in New York before relocating to Charlotte. He provides personalized orthodontic care for patients of all ages and focuses on making sure each patient feels comfortable and confident throughout treatment.
