Great dentist. I appreciate coming in and leaving feeling that I got what was necessary without a constant sales pitch of what I need next. Friendly staff who are always welcoming. We have been coming here after quitting another dentist where we felt service was lacking. Switched my husband and adult children here as well.

I didn't know going to the dentist could be so nice. Amy is my hygienist and she does an excellent job managing my concerns and relaying them to Dr. Friesz. I feel cared for and my teeth are pearly white!

I have been a patient there since 2015. I should have left 8 years ago. I had a cavity on a right lower molar that was documented on an x-ray several years ago. It is an "anchor " tooth for a fixed bridge. Rather than remove the bridge and address the cavity, Dr. Frieze chose to "watch it" for several years. It is now so severe that the tooth needs to be removed, forcing me to have the bridge removed and get an implant which will only be possible if I have enough bone. I had a premolar pulled and Dr. Frieze said it would be "a lot of work" to put in a bridge. He suggested I get an implant because then he'd only "have to put a tooth on it." Yes, I have had a lot of work on my teeth in the past. I had a childhood that was less than supportive when it came to my teeth. We couldn't afford dental care, like many other children. I also had to deal with blatant and indirect shaming from the hygienist. Plus, Dr. Frieze and the hygienist would discuss my teeth, not including me in the conversation as if I wasn't there. I'd have to ASK them to share the information with me! I have found a dental office that is welcoming and all the staff are very kind. The dentist is confident and has created a plan to move me forward. Because of the poor care I got here, my dental expenses will be extreme and the trauma of having another tooth pulled is very stressful adding to my anxiety and depression. If you only have a few dental issues, maybe a referral for braces, referral for a root canal ( he'll just have to fill a small hole), occasionally have a tooth pulled, this place would work for you. Otherwise, move on to a more experienced dentist. I've wasted way too much time with these people.
