I was referred to Dr. Boyd after seeing another local dentist who was unable to fully remove a painful, infected, back molar. In his attempt to do so, accidentally perforated my sinus cavity and was not able to extract the deeply imbedded root. I am VERY GRATEFUL to him and his staff for referring me to Dr. Boyd.
Dr. Boyd's office got me in immediately the next morning and he extracted the root under local anesthesia.
Everyone in his office was very compassionate, efficient and professional. They educated me on all precautions, in order to promote proper healing. Dr. Boyd went above and beyond by having me follow up with him 3x after the procedure to make certain I was healing well, with no issues. I would DEFINITELY recommend this office to anyone in need of any complicated dental extractions or procedures.

I’m on day two of getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, but I am extremely grateful for Dr. Boyd and his staffs amazing care!! Everyone was extremely so kind and informative on what’s gonna happen and what to do after. The healing process so far after the procedure has been a breeze. Highly recomend him and his office!!

As a dentist in Cheyenne, I highly recommend Dr. Boyd and his team for any surgical procedure. I’ve personally observed them manage multiple complex cases with confidence and precision—turning what would be difficult situations for many into routine, successful procedures. Their professionalism, skill, and patient care are truly top-notch.

Dr Boyd and his staff are amazing to work with. My son had all four of his wisdom teeth removed and it was such an easy process. The environment is so wonderful and working with them was an all around great experience!! Highly, highly recommend him and his office!

He completed dental school at the University of Washington School of Dentistry and a six year residency in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, including medical school and a year of general surgery, training at Parkland Medical Center through UT Southwestern in Dallas and at Harborview Medical Center with the University of Washington. His experience includes wisdom teeth and complicated extractions, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, nerve repair, facial and dental trauma, advanced bone grafting, TMJ surgery, and care for medically compromised patients. He holds hospital privileges at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for trauma call and management of complex head and neck trauma and infections.
