I had a very good experience. The doctor is nice. The Assistant is nice. There was a discrepancy about my appointment and the office manager came right in and straightened that out and got everything taken care of for me so everything was amazing. I will definitely be returning thank you so much. You guys are amazing. Keep up the good work thank you.

I had such a great experience here. They were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can genuinely tell they enjoy working there, which makes such a difference as a patient. They were also very helpful in walking me through options and recommending a discount plan that saved me money on my treatment. I felt taken care of and not pressured at all. Highly recommend!

I HATE the dentists but i’ve been going here for two years. Dr Said is great The dental hygienist Mary is quick and efficient. LOVE her assistant lindsey, super sweet, a great conversationalist, she elevated my experience. The workplace banger is great, Overall would recommend coming here!!

The staff are pleasant, office clean, service efficient. However, this office engages in deceptive billing practices. I was told by Mary, the dental hygienist, that I needed a "deep cleaning" for periodontal issues and that it would only cost me $40 per visit, in addition to my copay. I have never been diagnosed with PD in my years of going to various dentists. She then spent 15 minutes cleaning my teeth with the Cavitron then irrigated my gums with an antibiotic liquid. There was no deep scaling, no x-ray, no exam by a dentist. I paid my bill, as we agreed, and was told that I owed nothing more. However, I received a huge bill for these services, as my insurance refused the "up-charges". I subsequently went to another dentist, paid out of pocket for the care, and was given a full exam, x-rays, etc. and was told that there was no evidence of "periodontal disease" and that deep-cleaning was not needed. Additionally, the new dentist said that a true "deep-cleaning" involved one or two 2-4 hour cleaning sessions, for which I would need my gums to be numbed, it was so painful. I'm here to say, #1, Gainesville Dental Associates will up-charge you for a "deep-cleaning", without a exam or x-rays, then send you an outrageous bill which is far more than agreed upon during the visit. #2. Their billing clerk will not come to the phone to discuss the charges. #3. Wait until you see how much they bill your insurance for, all the charges. When your insurance refuses to pay for this stacked bill, you will be stuck with the unpaid portion. The office takes no responsibility and will not discuss further. Find an honest dentist practice.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! This place is price gauging and is so unorganized. Over 2 visits I have not had a cleaning! They DO NOT do regular cleanings. I spent a total of 6 hours in 2 days! I feel bad for the staff that actually has to spew the corporate agenda to patients. I had to eventually walk away when I realized what the agenda is. Save your sanity! READ all the comments that are not 5 star and the response from the manager. They will not make a public comment due to the sensitivity of the situation; basically stating they are not denying the claims made!
