Had a great experience yesterday! So a month earlier I went to a supposed 4⭐️ dentist and she said I was needing a route canal and was referring me to Fresno but a ton of things were to happen before it could happen. So I called Galaxy and when I finally took the time to go I was told I just needed a filling because my prior one fell out. So I was able to get taken care of same day and with a simple procedure.

Terrible! My son’s appointment was at 3:00pm it is now 5:14 pm and my son is still not done. All I see the dentist doing is walking around back and forth to different rooms and catering to people that just come in out of nowhere! Terrible service! I will never bring my son back to this place again..I do not recommend.

I haven’t been to this place since my mom agreed that I shouldn’t be going to a place like this. I’m 16 but when I went here I was way younger but I still have memories of this place. I never liked this dentist, he’s very rude I feel and I don’t think he truly cares about his patients. I don’t know why this place is still up, with the way this guy acts, he shouldn’t still have an office. When I went here, I remember I had to get my first filing for my cavity and he didn’t even numb me, just started filing right away. It hurt, of course it did. I remember I felt I was going to cry because I felt every single thing but I just kept quiet, I thought it was their job to numb me but they didn’t. His dental assistants aren’t so bad, but he is the one with the most problems. I was a child when he did all of those things, but that never seemed to matter. He even had the audacity to try and parent my mom, telling her to keep a close eye on me for when I brush my teeth and my mom got a bit irritated at that and so we just stopped coming there, which I was glad about. I have had a fear of dentists even before this man but he made it worse. Luckily I go to another dentist and she’s way better. I don’t know if people still really go to this place but if you do or plan on it , I really feel you shouldn’t. I know others experiences are different but this man is just something else. And I mean that in a bad way.

I think he was awesome! I have never had a filling that quick in my whole life lol and it looks great! I found him to be very nice and he explained everything I asked, his office staff and dental assistant were awesome as well! Thanks guys see you in a few weeks!

If I could do a half star I would. They did root canals on my 13 year old. One tooth, they completely missed one of the nerves. Leaving my son in excruciating pain. We went back and they claimed it was fine, that it would stop in a few days. We then sought a second opinion and found he needed to see a specialist to repair the botched root canal. Their office won’t return my calls as my insurance already fully paid them.
