After an examination, I was told that two of my teeth had cavities and needed fillings. At first, my experience was very positive. The staff were kind, and Dr. Hasti was friendly and professional. However, about 4–5 days after the fillings were done, one of the teeth started to hurt to the point that I could no longer chew hard foods such as pistachios, almonds, bread, or gum on that side. When I informed the office, I was told to temporarily chew on the other side and wait to see whether the pain would improve over time. Shortly afterward, the second filled tooth also began hurting. I explained this to Dr. Hasti, and I was told that perhaps the additional pressure from chewing on one side had caused the second tooth to become painful as well. Now, more than a month later, both teeth still hurt. Before these fillings, I had no pain and could eat normally. Since the treatment, I have returned to the office multiple times because I still cannot comfortably chew many normal foods. Each time I visited, I was told that everything had been done correctly and that they could not find any issue with the fillings. Despite my repeated complaints and ongoing pain, no solution was offered other than continuing to wait. What disappointed me most was the way I was treated during my last visit. After explaining that this situation was no longer acceptable for me and mentioning that I was considering filing a complaint because of the unresolved pain, the attitude of the staff and Dr. Jeffry Potter changed dramatically. I was spoken to in a very rude and disrespectful manner and was told to leave the office immediately. When I tried to ask what documents I would need in order to file a complaint, I was threatened that if I did not leave, the police would be called. I understand that medical and dental procedures do not always go perfectly, and I would have appreciated honesty, communication, and respectful treatment. But I do not believe a patient should be treated well only as long as they remain silent and do not complain. You can judge for yourself whether this is professional behavior toward a patient who returned multiple times seeking help for ongoing pain after treatment.

This place has been so amazing towards me and my teeth. Dr. Hasti and Dr. Pour are very kind and so helpful. I’m very comfortable here, and trust getting my teeth done by them and the other staff. Everything has been such a great experience! I really recommend coming here if you want a great experience and nice teeth!

As a new patient, everything went very well from start to finish. Dr. Hasti is an incredibly gentle, kind, and caring doctor who made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Yessica was absolutely amazing while taking my X-ray. The manager and the front office staff were all so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. I truly had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. Everything went smoothly, and I’m very happy with my visit! Thanks to all staff in the office.

My wife came in today as a new patient and she was very nervous and scared we have been searching for dentist for a while and finally decided to come here . Dr Pour was very kind and took the time to explain everything I asked about Sandy was amazing while taking the x-rays even though my wife was having a hard time opening her mouth she was patient gentle and answered all of our questions. My wife was extremely nervous but Sandy really help ease her fears you can truly tell she's not there just for a paycheck she genuinely cares about her patients and their comfort she made us feel welcome instead of feeling like we were just another appointment. Everyone in the office from the front desk to the back was wonderful were really glad we chose this place the only suggestion I would make is to have some music playing in the office the rooms are close to each other and we could hear conversations about financial situation and what the doctor was saying to other patients about their teeth having music would help with privacy and make the environment feel more comfortable. Overall we would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Hasti treated me for dental work and was extremely thorough. Made the process easy and fast! She makes sure you’re ok throughout the process and walks you through everything that’s going to be done. Dr. Pour is treating me for Ortho & the process and cost has also been pretty easy. Also makes sure to walk you through what the process is gonna look like and always ensures your questions/concerns are answered. The front desk staff is also always extremely welcoming, kind & friendly!
