I could not say enough about this practice! The staff was unbelievable, nice, caring, and very efficient! The doctor has hands of gold! After he pulled my tooth, placed the implant and the Novocaine wore off, I felt as if I had not had any work done to begin with… I was in an absolutely no pain at all. The doctor is highly skilled and walks you through the entire procedure as he is doing it, which makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Gary Wayne!!!!! 5 STAR PRACTICE!!

I was referred to Dr. Wayne from my dentist in October 2025.
I Called up made an appointment with Armand provided all my insurance information.
I was told at that time from Armand they accepted my dental and medical insurance.
Came in for the procedure I November 2025 & my coinsurance on dental and left.
Come to find out that they submitted an oral surgery charge to my dental insurance.
Why they would do that is beyond me because the procedure I had done was on my tongue & not on my gums or teeth.
My dental insurance said to me that the procedure was not a dental procedure and that it needed to go to my medical insurance.
Come to find out that my medical insurance
told me that Dr. Wayne is out of network.

I then contacted Dr. Wayne’s insurance person Anna.
Anna advised me not to worry about it.
It will usually gets bounced back-and-forth from your dental assurance to your medical assurance and that it will be paid.
Like I stated earlier, my medical insurance said Dr. Wayne is out of network for coverage for me.
I then contacted Dr. Wayne‘s office to see if they can work with me on this $1,000 bill that they said was covered by my insurance.
I’m sure they weren’t expected to get paid the $1,000 by the insurance company regardless.
They told me there’s nothing they can do.
My experience with this office from the beginning, it’s been a complete disaster and I would not recommend this practice to anybody.

compassionate, experienced caring oral surgeon. The office is in a convenient location within a lovely building with ample parking. The staff is professional; friendly and kind. Dr Wayne treated a complex oral problem and steered me through it. I recommend this practice with no regrets or reservations highly and would return if necessary and send my loved ones too

Finding a dentist/oral surgeon you can trust is critical. I’ve gone to Dr. Wayne for two procedures and he is always able to put my type A personality at ease. In my opinion, his expertise and professionalism are second to none. Things I also appreciated were an upfront consultation, knowing costs upfront, friendly and caring professional staff and a detailed plan of care for leaving the office. The little goody bag to-go included extra gauze, instructions for care and the BEST lip balm (always helpful after a visit). He prescribed a non narcotic medicine that I was skeptical about but it worked amazingly and my post-procedure healing was as painless as it could be. Thank you Dr.Wayne!

I went to a few oral surgeons to decide who I felt most comfortable with removing my wisdom teeth and Dr. Wayne and his team made me feel the best. This was my very first surgery and I obviously felt nervous but this office really made me feel taken care of before, during and after the procedure. I would highly highly recommend.
