Chelsea at the front desk is amazing with coordination of our appts since we drive about 5 hours to be able to work with a qualified holistic dentist, Dr Geddes always goes above and beyond to help us understand not only what’s better for our dental health and how to fix it but also our full body heath. The improvement in my physical health has increased dramatically since we started working with him, I could barely walk a few hundred feet a few months ago without being completely exhausted and had about every crazy health symptom you can imagine that no doctors could figure out for years… now I’m quickly getting back to hiking a few miles every weekend, having fun laughing with family, and just enjoying every day! I really feel like Dr Geddes and his staff have given me my life back!

Wouldn’t recommend. I tried to establish care with Gateway Biologic Dentistry and was told there was a minimum $450 charge just to book the first visit. I explained that my insurance works with out-of-network providers, but they require the office to share what will be done during the initial visit before processing. Since the first visit is described as their standard new-patient process, I asked whether they could provide that information. My insurance agent then called the office directly, and according to her, they agreed over the phone to process it the way my insurance required. Two weeks went by, and then the manager essentially disputed what my insurance agent had been told. The core issue seems to be that the office wants patients to pay upfront first, then they bill insurance afterward and apply any reimbursement as a credit toward a future visit. It took several questions before I was even told that they could potentially cut a reimbursement check instead of only offering a credit. I understand they may be out-of-network for all insurance companies, but that was not the issue. My insurance works with out-of-network offices regularly. The issue was the lack of clear communication, the back-and-forth, and the expectation that I pay first despite my insurance having a process for out-of-network care. Overall, the experience felt frustrating, unclear, and not patient-friendly. I decided not to move forward with establishing care here.

From the front desk to Dr Geddes we’ve never been treated better. The entire staff has gone well out of their way to help me find and understand why my diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia “a beyond painful and debilitating condition” was coming from hidden infections that many other dentists missed and why I had multiple other health issues stemming from them and they are working hard to get my health in check. Dr Geddes went way beyond helping me with understanding my case, I travel about 5 hours to get to his office as there are no qualified holistic dentists anywhere near me and he was amazing working with us remotely through video multiple times and his office was always as quick as possible to answer any questions I needed help with and helped with scheduling a large surgery that went amazingly well, I felt the first relief I’ve had in years after almost 30 other doctors and dentists had no clue how to help and didn’t even try most days… my family and I are customers for life and I’d recommend this office and especially Dr Geddes to anyone!

Dr. Geddes is great!! He is very knowledgeable about the dangers of silver filings and has helped me safely remove all of the toxic metals from my mouth. Highly recommend this dentist!!

Am very appreciative of biological dentistry. Angie has been very professional and personal in her care for me and I was glad to meet Dr. Geddes. Thank you for maintaining a very punctual schedule for our appointments; not always a very easy task! Patients always appreciate their time respected as much as the professional’s business schedule. I do refer your office to whomever is looking for a dentist and/or looking for very natural approach to dental care. Thank you, Linda Hepworth.
