The best best best best oral surgeon ever!! I’ve had a horrible fear of dentist and sedation and this was the best experience of my life. Dr. Myers is the nicest doctor ever and will instantly put you at ease and joke around. Hopefully my pre op pill didn’t have me too much of a hassle for him today but regardless he did so amazing! Everyone in this office is so nice and I would never hesitate to come back if I ever have the need in the future. My pre op med had me feeling wonderful and I was out cold very shortly after the iv went in and was heading home before I knew it. Absolutely best care I could have ever asked for.

I would highly recommend Dr R Myers at Gateway Oral Surgery I went to many consultations about a very complex previous procedure before I moved to Florida it was exhausting and frustrating. Finally found a professional, knowledgeable, oral surgeon that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was very nervous beforehand, but everything was explained clearly and the procedure went far better than I expected. The removal was smooth, recovery was easier than anticipated. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and attention I received from the whole team. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work or implant treatment.

I brought my son here for an extraction and I am so happy with the service we received! The office staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. Myers was amazing with my son who was a little nervous. I am so pleased with the service we received from this office!!

I was so nervous to have my teeth done and let me tell you the staff and Dr. Meyers were absolutely amazing at reassuring me telling me I was in the best hands. Everyone in the office were kind and very understanding about my anxiety and got me through the procedure with their support. All that worrying prior to having it done was a waste of energy!!! I can not thank all of you enough for your kindness and compassion. And I loved Dr. Meyer’s singing during the procedure. It relaxed me❤️

We were referred here by our dentist for my teenagers wisdom teeth. I was able to get an appointment quickly so we could get her evaluated. Following that appointment, we scheduled the surgery and had a great experience. The after care instructions they provided were helpful and they called her the day after to check up. Highly recommend!

Meet the Doctors
Gateway Oral Surgery is led by Roger L. Myers, DMD, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who practices the full scope of oral surgery, from wisdom tooth removal and corrective jaw surgery to dental implants and bone grafting. Dr. Myers earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, and his dental degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry. He completed his oral surgery residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, with emphasis on dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, bone grafting, pediatric oral surgery, pathology, and trauma care. The practice's website notes that he brings more than 18 years of surgical experience and consults with each patient one on one.
