Great staff. The GBR staff was great from the minute I walked in. I had a tooth issue and was working away from home. I was able to easily set an appointment and see Dr. Kidder. I was very pleased with my patient experience. Kind. Professional. Polite.

My #1 favorite Dentist..Dr. Mason impressed me from the start. He goes the extra mile. I never had a dentist , check for mouth cancer, and he did he also told me that I have an extra bone in my mouth, that was news to me. I definitely recommend Dr Mason his work is amazing and even more importantly, he genuinely cares about his patients!! and Ms Kilee the dental assistant, very sweet young lady with a heart of gold and a great attitude! i don't really write reviews but I had to give credit where credit is due!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Very comfortable environment and super friendly. Kylie was amazing this young lady should teach a class on her skills. She was very friendly, personable, and she listened to all concerns, she had a no judgement zone that I really appreciated because it's been a while since I've been to the dentist. Dr. Heirtzler was also amazing, I didn't feel rushed, she listened to all concerns and she did an excellent job explaining everything. I found my family a dental office.

Okay so I've been to several dental office in the past. This office is by far the best one I've ever been to. I'm not exaggerating either. The front desk staff is super friendly, the billing department explains the explanation of benefits to you and offers other alternatives. I was treated like a VIP member upon arriving. Kylie is absolutely amazing, her bed side manner and overall attitude needs to be in training manuals. The Dentist Dr. Elizabeth Heirtzler explained everything so well I didn't feel rushed she took her time explaining all methods of treatment. I found a dental office for my family I'm excited 馃槉.

I am terrified of the dentist but GRB-Port Allen makes me feel comfortable. Excellent service from the receptionist to the doctor. Staff explains every step, and you leave with a treatment plan including cost.
