I have been having much needed work on my teeth. Deep cleaning. Polishing. Had a tooth too far gone for repair. So, I lost a tooth. Many fillings. And today, a partial to fill in teeth I was missing. Very affordable. Dr. Selman was with me for all the procedures. She always numbed me and made certain I was comfortable. The staff were all amazing and very professional. Attentive. And explained everything. Very state of art equipment. I only started to have the tooth too far gone, to be pulled out. But I needed a dentist since I hadn't found one I liked. GDC Smiles is now my dental practice for always. I thank the entire group here. Great teamwork. I love you guys.

Both dentists are professional and willing to work with you on your dental plan. The staff is terrific and is always polite.
I couldn't have ask for better dental care than GDC.

Unlike other dentists I've been to, this one is keen on your understanding of what condition your dental health is at & the process to getting healthier. Not only are they professional, but they are also empathetic & compassionate. Greeting me by name & making sure I am comfortable & aware in the process.

From the first moment I entered their business, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. They explained everything that was happening and why! I don鈥檛 think I have been to a dentist so knowledgeable and friendly!

All the staff was very patient and friendly and very informative on what actions needed to be taken during my visit. The doctor was also friendly and cordial when she came in introduced herself and let me know step-by-step, What was going on with my mouth.

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. Lia P. Gallo-Urrego, DDS, who earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Antioquia in Colombia in 1993 and a second DDS from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2008. Her advanced training emphasizes cosmetic dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, smile makeovers, endodontics and dental implants, and she completed an implant externship program with Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and Dental XP. She is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Georgia State Dental Association, the Northern District Dental Society and the Hinman Dental Society. Dr. Juan C. Cruz, DDS, is the practice's senior associate dentist. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Manizales in 1995 and graduated in 2017 from the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Dental Medicine International Student Program, where he was class valedictorian and received the American College of Dentists Award. Dr. Ana Selman graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2018 and earned her DDS from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2024.
