Geach Dental is a prosthodontic practice located in downtown Los Angeles inside the CalEdison building at 601 West 5th Street, two blocks from Pershing Square. The practice focuses on implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and full mouth reconstruction, and offers All-on-4 style fixed implant dentures for patients who are missing most or all of their teeth. Patients can also come in for routine checkups and cleanings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and tooth extractions, so implant care is handled alongside general upkeep of the smile.

The practice is led by Dr. Adam Geach, a prosthodontist who earned his dental degree from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine and completed additional residency training in prosthodontics along with a master's degree in dental science from the University of Connecticut. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, credentials that reflect extra years of training beyond dental school focused specifically on complex restorations and tooth replacement. One detail that sets this office apart is its in-house dental laboratory with a dedicated ceramist, which allows crowns, veneers, and implant restorations to be custom fabricated on site rather than outsourced.

Meet the Doctors

Dr. Adam Geach, D.M.D., M.D.Sc., is a board certified prosthodontist practicing at this Los Angeles location. He earned his dental degree from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, completed his prosthodontics training and a master's degree in dental science at the University of Connecticut, and holds a Diplomate designation from the American Board of Prosthodontics. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists.
