I’ve had 2-3 visits to General & Implant Dentistry of Worcester County since early 2026 for deep cleanings and dental work, and I am thrilled with the results.
Dentist - Dr. Thukral is incredibly skilled and gentle. The hygienist, Kathy, does a thorough, painless job with cleanings. The clinic manager, Jill, runs a smooth, welcoming office and makes scheduling a breeze.
What stands out most is the great team including the hygienist! They work together perfectly to make every visit smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend this entire office! 5/5.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about General Implant & Dentistry of Worcester County.
On Friday, January 2nd, I began experiencing excruciating dental pain and feared my wisdom teeth were coming in. Unfortunately, the office was closed for the weekend and reopened on Monday, January 5th at 8:00 AM. My father and I went there first thing that morning to explain the intense pain I had been dealing with all weekend.
Although they were extremely busy — being a Monday after the holidays — and initially had no open appointments, the kindness and compassion shown by the front desk staff made all the difference. Mary & Jill graciously allowed us to sit in the lobby while we called around to find same-day availability elsewhere. When we were unsuccessful, General Implant & Dentistry went above and beyond and squeezed me in for a 10:15 AM appointment.
After taking X-rays, Dr. Neetika quickly identified the issue: a severe infection under an existing filling that was hitting my nerve. Once she diagnosed the problem, the team wasted no time advocating for me. As I sat there in tears, they immediately began calling other offices to secure an emergency referral.
Thanks to their urgency and care, they referred me to Endodontics of Worcester County on Park Ave, who were able to see me that SAME Monday at 3:15 PM for a root canal. The relief was INSTANT.
I am beyond grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and quick action shown by Dr. Neetika and the entire team at General Implant & Dentistry. They truly cared about my well-being and did everything they could to help me during a very PAINFUL and stressful situation.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office since the days of Dr. Samborski, and I have to say that Dr. Marium and Dr. Neetika have done a fantastic job since taking over. Both doctors are incredibly courteous, professional, and truly care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit.
The entire staff is warm, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and trustworthy dental care!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I had a bottom implaned denture for over $16,000 and this weekend one of the implants came out I saw the new lady dentist for medical clearance for open heart surgery. She cleaned my teeth and neglected to tell me i had a cavity in front tooth and the other tooth is decaying. She signed for medical clearance and now I have 2 bad teeth and a missing Implant and cant have work for 6 months because I just had open heart surgery

I had been going for a handful of years up until my last appointment in March 2023 as just about all employees are well past both their prime and retirement age. Their service started off fine (years ago remember...) but after breaking the tip of a drill off in my tooth (likely still in there) and then also hitting the side of my mouth with a drill in a separate appointment (which required sutures and a follow-up visit to remove them) I think it is safe to say we can all find better treatment and service elsewhere.
Did you know there are (at least) 3 types of cleanings? While I made sure I didn't get the deep-scale cleaning, chosen for me was the Pedio-cleaning ($140 + $50 deductible) as opposed to the regular cleaning (completely covered by insurance w/ no deductible). Nice people and all, but driven by the word business more than family, care, service, ect.....
