Firstly, our scheduled appointment has been rescheduled multiple times, which is frustrating.
Secondly, the first time we had our cleaning, it was really great because they did a detailed cleaning of our teeth, but this time the dentist and the assistant seemed to be in a rush to clean my teeth.
Thirdly, I don’t even feel that my teeth have been cleaned at all; they just ask if you floss every day, and that’s it.
Fourthly, they didn’t even use an eyeglass, but when I asked my husband if he had one, he said yes. The assistant didn’t seem to like her job at all; she was fast but not detailed, just like the dentist, who was really quick.
I know you have a lot of customers and are very busy, but please take the time to detail clean our teeth because, as much as we take good care of our teeth every day, we only see you once or twice a year to make sure our teeth are good and healthy. I am really disappointed with this visit; I feel like the insurance is just wasting their money paying for a rushed teeth cleaning.
Update: I am writing to express my sincere satisfaction with my appointment today 02/02/26.
I would like to specifically commend Heather for her exceptional work on my fillings. She was professional, kind, and made the entire process very comfortable. Additionally, Hannah did an outstanding job with my cleaning; she is truly skilled at what she does and provided the best cleaning experience I have had.
I also want to thank Ms. Debbie for her follow-up call and for taking the time to introduce herself in person. Her warm approach was very much appreciated and made me feel welcome.
Thank you all for the excellent care and for making my teeth look wonderful. I look forward to my next visit.

Don't expect to sit around in the waiting room, this staff is efficient and respectful of your time. Rates are comparable and the billing department will do their best to get insurance to cover most of the cost. Doctors are personable and understand dental anxiety. Dr. Tanner Harp gets a special shout-out for being just phenomenal at his job.

Dr. Shelton is an amazingly attentive and proficient provider. She makes you feel that you are just at home talking to family, not in a dental chair getting work done. But it doesn't stop there! From the moment you check in at the front desk, to the moment you check in with their skilled hygienist, you are made to feel welcome and secure in a friendly, professional environment. I make sure that my wife, my kids, and I (Spencer Keck) only use this clinic, and I urge all my friends and acquaintances to do the same! I am a disabled combat veteran with both VA coverage and Tricare Dental. Both are accepted here, thank goodness..I mean, thank you, Generations Family Dentistry!
Sincerely,
Spencer Keck

Dr. Greenwell handled a difficult process with my all on four dentures over 16 years ago and was the best dentist throughout the entire thing. My parts are somewhat vintage in the implant world now and my local dentist referred me to a specialist. I would much rather drive almost 2 hrs to see Dr Greenwell because I'm confident he could help.
I had to go back a couple of times but after many years Dr Greenwell and Kim remembered me and were so friendly and kind. The care by other staff and doctors were amazing and as usual Dr Greenwell came through.
Thank you Dr Greenwell and your entire office for helping me again ❤️

I am 59 years old, They are by far the best dental office I have ever used. They went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. They did not rush or or hurry me during the procedure. The Staff is the nicest and easiest people to work with. Thank you for all you did for me.

About Generations Family Dentistry
Generations Family Dentistry and Dental Implants is a dental implant center located at 1100 South Dixie Highway in Radcliff, Kentucky. The practice focuses on implant restoration dentistry, offering single dental implants, full mouth dental implants, implant supported dentures, and zygomatic dental implants for patients who have lost bone in the upper jaw. Supporting services listed on its website include bone grafting, tooth extractions, and intravenous sedation dentistry, and the office also treats conditions such as missing teeth, bone loss, failing dental implants, and loose dentures. The practice maintains a separate general dentistry site, so families can receive routine care and implant care from the same team.
One distinctive feature the practice highlights is its in-house dental lab, which it describes as a one-stop shop for patients and their families. According to the website, the lab uses digital scanning, three dimensional printing, and precision milling, along with tools such as a cone beam CT scanner, CEREC restoration technology, an intraoral camera, and photogrammetry, so that restorations can be crafted on site with quality control and faster turnaround times. The website also offers information on implant insurance and financing, a video library, before and after photos, and patient stories. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on weekends.
