Great service with surgeon. Excellent job. Staff was friendly. The only hiccup was they didn’t return my eye glasses and I had to drive back to pickup which was over an hour. When I asked to put them with my belongings with my driver, the nurse said I’ll need them to see the charts before the surgery, and then had them on while being sedated. So they should have been responsible enough to make sure I received them after the procedure along with the rest of my stuff, as I was completely non coherent after. All in all, they were really good. Thanks Gentle Dental.

First off, let me start by saying I tremendously appreciate Dr. Van De Graaff pulling my septic tooth when I was getting to a dire point. He was capable of saving my life at least. I want you guys to be aware that I am transgender, and am between doctors and dentists. I was abused last summer at our local gentle dental and will not go back to the “dentist” who saw me. Dentistry is my least tolerable health requirement. I get tremendous anxiety dealing with dental treatment awake and facilities in general. Everyone assumes that I have established care but reality is I do not, and most dental clinics are booked out for months. I need a place that can help with anxiety and help build trust with me regarding regular dental cleanings. That being said, I find that my visits with your surgeon are a little on the awkward side. I am also an intellect, and naturally medically trained as a transgender individual, so I can get excited when discussing medical subjects depending on what it’s regarding. Your surgeon gets overwhelmed easily. I am dealing with tremendous pressure in my head and neck as well as a fog. I have never seen a highly paid professional shut down stare at the floor and get awkwardly quiet. And then continue to sit there staring at the floor rudely well past when I’m being quiet. Yes I took a little offense to that. To me I took that as, “ you have to tolerate my behavior but I don’t have to tolerate your behavior”. I mean no disrespect, your surgeon strikes me as on the spectrum. Anyway I didn’t mean to be difficult by being extremely agreeable and talkative. Where I come from being talkative is a sign of politeness and intelligence. I am not the type of person who is just overly obedient and stupid. I don’t know what your surgeon expects from people but that may strike others as weird or odd. Anyway, thanks again for the help. :/

Love Dr. Pham and his care. He is knowledgeable and remembers patient history. Excellent skills and very personable. Always follows up with phone calls after procedures. I have recommended him in the past and will continue to do so when asked for dentist recommendations.

Dr Pham is the best dentist ever- 6 stars to him for his top drawer skills and accompanying kindness. Hygienists get top score also. Office staff almost a 5. My only real complaint is how difficult it is to get a real person to talk to when I call. No response to phone messages I’ve left. Finally got through to someone who could help re-schedule an app’t the hygienist cancelled several weeks prior.

A very positive experience. I was expecting a wait time of up to 15 minutes past my appointment time and was pleasantly surprised when I was called before my set time! Stephanie is an excellent hygienist. I have a receded gum line that is very sensitive to pain. She makes sure to be extra gentle in that area. She also explains every bit of the procedure to me. I so appreciate her sincere regard for her patients!
