I found the dentist and staff at Gental Care Dental to be exactly that. They check you in right away when you get there and start to work immediately on why you came. Not one set of x-rays only but digital pictures from inside your mouth with a high tech system. The quality of images is so sharp they don't even have to look inside and tap. The doctor gave me excellent consideration in every way. Looking forward to the next visit.

I have done a lot of reviews to help businesses I've appreciated. This is the most unsatisfied and no help business i have ever encountered. It's as if they know nothing about creating good dentures. I went here to replace dentures. They took the dentures i was wearing, no impressions done. Thought they might use them for impressions, but no. Upon return they put old ones back in, asked me how they felt and I said great, only to find out they had put old ones in after replacing a tooth on one. Quite to my surprise, I again said I'm here to get new dentures stating I wanted them to be light in weight like my old ones. Stated I didn't want glossy white but a more natural color. None of that came back. Since medicare supplemental insurance was helping me pay it was imperative this was completed before new year or I'd lose that benefit. I was back 4 times without satisfaction. I couldn't even put food in my mouth, chew and horrible discomfort. Their solution, bring them back and they'll send money back to my insurance. Unfortunately due to dental benefit changes, I could not use that money because it's a new cycle. I mean honestly I have replaced them 3 times before and no adjustments needed. Now a tooth on old dentures has fallen out. Not a good thing and now they won't call back. Wonder if small claim court is a solution for this is the answer. Feeling very saddened and mistreated. Check your insurance bills! I was charged for an imaging x-ray i never got. Then two months ago they agreed to set up an appointment to finally do what they were paid to do. I showed up, asked to get a copy of all my medical waited and the office manager walked into the waiting room and chose in front of other patients to tell me Dr. Hahn would not see me. Asking why she said he evaluated my record and said I threatened to take them to court. In essence, on a call I asked whoever answered should I forget their service neglect or go to court. In front of other patients. How unprofessional Ms. Office administrator.

I have had an amazing experience thus far with everyone involved in my care. The front desk team, Dr. Hahn, the lab technician, and especially Brooklyn have all been wonderful to work with. Brooklyn, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. She was attentive, kind, and thorough, and truly made me feel cared for throughout the process. I especially appreciate her effort and dedication, even while she is pregnant and likely not feeling her best. Despite that, she remained professional, helpful, and committed to making sure everything was done right. Overall, I am very grateful for the entire team and the high level of care I have received.

I had an outstanding experience at Gentle Dental in Midtown! From the moment I walked in, the entire office displayed top-tier professionalism while still creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency and genuine care so well. The staff was incredibly detailed when explaining my treatment plan. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process, clearly outlining what was happening and why. I never felt rushed or pressured just informed and confident in the care I was receiving. You can tell this office values both excellence and patient comfort. The environment is welcoming, organized, and truly patient-focused. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with a personal touch, Gentle Dental in Midtown is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I really despise THE INCONVENIENCE of coming to this office BUT I really APPRECIATE how Miss Denise explained the process of Community Care to me after I had a complete meltdown in the chair when I was informed my order from the VA was incomplete. I am a service connected combat veteran who lost a lot of teeth while being deployed over 21 years. We deserve so much better. Again, thank you to Miss Denise from the front desk who helped calm my nerves by being SUPER caring and totally professional about my treatment plan.
