Dr. Obermiller and Roni were great. They work together seamlessly knowing what each other need without asking. Numbing went great and filling didn’t take long at all. Thanks again!

I had a great experience with Gentle Dental Care right from the start. Every person from one the phone to in-person are there to help you and make sure the experience isn't intimidating or or overwhelming. I have not had one bad interaction with any of the team there and they allow you to call ahead and make a payment before appointment. Mary, helped me out by getting me all of the details and planning for my next visit. If you want a place that truly cares about their patients, I would strongly recommend Gentle Dental Care!

After an awful dentist experience a few years back in Nevada, I was worried I would never be able to take him into another dentist. This place was phenomenal! The staff was so kind, and they explained each step they were taking. I am so happy to say he had a great visit. Thank you

About Gentle Dental Care

Gentle Dental Care is a general, cosmetic, and family dental practice located in the heart of downtown Grand Island, Nebraska, at 1003 West 3rd Street. According to the practice's website, it has been serving the community since 1997 and treats patients of all ages, from children to adults, in Grand Island and the surrounding communities. The practice also operates a second Grand Island office, Gentle Dental Northwest on North Webb Road. Services listed on the site include dental implants, dentures, dental bridges, crowns, veneers, Invisalign clear aligners, root canals, fillings, tooth extractions, oral surgery, periodontal and gum disease treatment, jaw joint (TMJ) treatment, teeth whitening, routine cleanings, pediatric dentistry, sedation dentistry, and emergency dentistry. The office uses digital X-rays.

For patients considering dental implants, the practice describes implants as a way to replace broken or missing teeth with a permanent, life-like restoration that helps maintain jawbone structure and the overall look of the face. The website notes that implant treatment can range from full sets of implants using titanium posts to partial implants that support bridges, and that implants can also be combined with dentures. The team describes its approach as gentle and compassionate, with staff who work to make even anxious patients feel at ease in a warm, welcoming environment. The West 3rd Street office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the practice states it is currently accepting new patients.
